Very friendly owner and staff! The location is very close to the waterfall. Rooms were super clean! Breakfast was excellent!

A Wonderful Stay at a Family-Owned Gem - Post Krimml HotelI recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming, family-owned hotel, and my experience was exceptional from start to finish. Due to bad weather, I arrived much later than expected—around 11:00 PM—well after the reception had closed at 8:00 PM. However, they thoughtfully left my key card in the mailbox, allowing me to settle in seamlessly for the night.The following morning, I went to the reception, where I was greeted with such warmth and kindness. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They spoke excellent English, which made communication very easy for me as a non-German speaker.Not only was the service fantastic, but they also provided me with two complimentary cards: one for free entry to the Krimml Waterfall and the other, a summer card with additional perks. Their breakfast was simply amazing—delicious and plentiful. The room itself was very comfortable and relaxing, with all the amenities I needed.The highlight, though, was the breathtaking view from my balcony, where I could actually see the stunning Krimml Waterfall. The peaceful atmosphere, combined with the beauty of the surroundings, made my stay truly unforgettable.Overall, I had a fantastic experience at the Post Krimml Hotel, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming place to stay with excellent service, great amenities, and an unbeatable location

Breakfast was not worth the money. The restaurant was not open (only on certain dates)

Centre of Krimml, very clean, lovely quiet room with modern facilities, excellent walk in shower and stunning views. No undercover parking for our motorbike but was secure in their car park and no issues. Ate dinner on the front terrace, excellent food, service and local wine. Will return

Great accommodation. We stayed one night. Everything was exceptional. Friendly staff, clean rooms, great dinner and great breakfast.

Amazing breakfast. Big variety, specially guacamole and press equipment for fresh carrot ? juice ? surprised me in a nice way a lot. Not even all 5 stars hotel has it. Plus gluten-free bread was great too! Room and lovely Terrasse was new and in great condition.

Unfortunately lunch wasn’t as great as breakfast) need to be improved ?Missed a bit body lotion ? and hair conditioner

Really great environment and room accessories. From the area, it is possible to feel family values and teamwork. The owner mostly walks among people in the restaurant to check customer ratings or just say 'Hello.'The sauna has a really nice view and free entrance to the balcony, so it's awesome. Unfortunately, customers with children cannot enter the sauna area. Based on this rule, it would be a great option to offer a reservation for Private Time. This option is not offered automatically.The environment is primarily prepared for the winter season, which is reflected in the fact that the hotel does not have a swimming pool, which is understandable. Considering that we try to go to similar countries, such as Switzerland for example, so I dare to rate 10/10 with a reminder of the sauna, because of the children.

Nice room, nice hotel

Had booked for 3x nights, but already had to leave after one night, due to personal reasons. Hotel didn't care at all, and they not even questioned why I already left after one night. So I paid >450€ for one night stay

The apartment was spotless, super clean, cozy and the view from the balcony was fantastic The family running the hotel were super nice and available at all times, they provided us with Summer card that offered us lots of free actives and places to visit We really enjoyed our stay

There is nothing to improve, everything was perfect

Superb room, wonderful view and fantastic bathroom.Excellent dining areas.Great fitness and sauna facilities.

The owners input and general friendliness was special in a family run hotel where it is obvious a lot of personal input has made this place a little bit more than the average.Rooms are modern and lots of wood in this Alpine area making for a cosy experience.Food and service were all we could ask for and the most beautiful Apple Strudel one could wish to eat.From the check in with a glass of welcome bubbles it was a terrific stay.

We loved this hotel, very modern and clean. The view from a balcony was stunning. Staff was so friendly, very accommodating with a little child. Cot, changing mat and baby chair were provided free of charge and there is a beautiful play room in the building. We were sad that we only had one night here and will definitely be back.

the reception was very welcoming and respectful, and we felt during the stay that the staff tried to gain our favor/respect, the location is very lovely with beautiful views and it had a very nice restaurant with excellent staff and meals, We would like to thank the owner of the hotel and it’s staff for their nice behavior towards us and we would try to stay here again
