The woman at the front desk was welcoming and very helpful. The room was large and had a balcony with a view of the waterfall. The hotel was also within walking distance of the falls saving you the 8 euro parking fee plus the hotel had free parking and gave us free admission to the falls. The restaurant was also wonderful and a great value,

The bunk beds in the room had very soft mattress but the queen bed in the main bedroom was fine.

This is a beautiful traditional austrian lodge in a scenic location in a valley between many mountains. I eat breakfast and dinner there as well and both were great. My room had a nice deck and very comfortable bed.The Sauna/Spa is no clothing so just be advised. It was not a big deal and the woman I saw wore towels. They have many different saunas segmented by heat level, a steam room, and a bubble tub that is at 87 degrees. They also have a cold bucket dump between sauna sessions and a relaxation room. Only issue was it was only open from 15:30 to 10pm. I would have loved to use it the morning I left.

Brilliant location to explore, close to shops, lovely natural pool, great breakfast buffet and friendly front of house.

Great staff and a nice quiet location next to the waterfall with the ski bus close by.

The bed mattress was rather too soft, multiple dining rooms with different ambiance (dinner ending a little early at 20:30) and the wellness can be very busy.

We spent a wonderful New Year's week at this hotel. The staff is very attentive and polite. We arrived late and upon request they kindly brought dinner to our room.The room was large and warm. The spa area is small but very clean. Breakfasts were varied. The dinners were very tasty and beautifully presented.The waterfall and the park around it are beautiful.Zillertal Arena is a wonderful ski area.

Great location and nice facilities. Breakfast was fine and the beds were comfortable.

Many of the saunas were out of order during our visit. I imagine this isn't the usual case.

The hotel is located in the most perfect location, a 10 minute walk to the Waterfalls. . We only stayed 1 night, as we wanted to do the Waterfalls the next day. The room, where we stayed, was perfect, we had a lovely balcony and a very comfortable bed and pillow. It was clean and well worth the money. We had a meal in the evening, 4 courses, which was absolutely delicious, as a starter there was a buffet, salad etc, then a choice of 4 different meals as the main meal, then either a dessert, coffee or schnapps. The first drink was on the house, so a huge bonus there, and the service was great. Entry into the Waterfalls is also free, if you stay at the hotel, saving you 8€, so that's also a bonus, we were also allowed to leave the car in the hotel carpark, after checkout, whilst we walked upto the Waterfalls, saving us another 7€. So all in all a perfect holiday was had by both my husband and myself. I can honestly say, this hotel is one of the best we've stayed in.

Location is very nice, it is next to the National park with Waterfalls, ski lifts are also not that far, reachable by skibus standing nearby or by car. Halfboard was an excellent choice as the food was delicious, the services such as wellness area are very nice and cosy.

The mattress was a bit soft, probably could have been already changed and no proper ventilation in the bathroom was quite a minus.

Location, good staff , good food

Breakfast was very good, also dinner was really fine with fresh ingredients. Room was super cute with a nice view to the waterfalls.

Perfect location, cleanness and hospitality. Close to Krimml waterfall (opposed to the starting point of waterfall’s tour-route). Fine breakfast and dinner. Overall excellent hotel, highly recommended.

The hotel has a nice flair, it is clean and well taken care of. The staff was very friendly, the food was very good and diverse. The wellnessarea has enough to offer. The location is great. one can see the waterfalls from the balcony and the hotel is easy to find.

The room was smaller than in the photos but it was cozy, clean and the bed wad comfortable. . Also the swimmingpond is really small, so Iif you have two families with children, it is already crowded.

Location is right infront of Krimml Falls Entry. Great view from the room, you can see the falls from the bed room. Best Part was the restaurant. 5 ? ? for the Dinner set menu. The 3 course menu comes at a price of 10 euro only. It is worth at least 30 to 40 Euro. Don't miss the dinner .Jamie the server was just too good.

We ordered the half-board, every dish at dinner was delicious, the breakfast buffet as well.The room was clean and comfortable.

We booked a room with breakfast and dinner and were totally happy - both variety and quality were great. The balcony provided really nice view, the bathroom was very spacious and absolutely clean, wifi worked fine.The staff was really nice and helpful. I'd recommend staying there if you're going to visit Krimml waterfalls.

The dinner first night was awesome (Italien buffet). All other nights were good too, but the first one was unbeatable.The location is good, less than 15 minutes walking to the Krimml waterfalls.The staff is friendly and gave us advice regarding hiking on one of the days. We were provided with a kettle on our request, I found it very nice tooThere is a very nice pound outside with sunbeds and a swallow area for small kids. It was very hot during our stay and we loved to stay there. and there is a kids room with different toys.We have got free admission to Krimml waterfalls with a guest card, it was a nice bonus for us.

A hotel is a bit "dated", but well maintained. As well you could hear a waterfall (that's good) and a street (that's bad) from a hotel room with open windows. so if you are a light sleeper, it could be a problem (it was not a problem for us)I missed having additional hooks in the bathroom (on the door for example) and a little fainting couch in the room.I couldn't see the waterfall from our room, only heard it :( but there are rooms with a waterfall view, so it is you and your luck
