Ursprung Panorama Hotel Königsleiten

A contemporary hotel offering stunning views of the mountains and valley. The local staff deserve special praise—they are always smiling and eager to assist. The kitchen was excellent, featuring a wide variety of options for breakfast and a delightful dinner. The wellness area is cozy but sufficient for relaxing in the swimming pool or sauna. Conveniently, both the cable car and bus station are located right in front of the hotel.

The hotel is not directly accessible from the garage, requiring a walk around the building. Additionally, there is no elevator service to the top floor. However, these are minor inconveniences overall.

The relaxation and spa area were beautiful. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The food was excellent too.

The sofa bed wasn’t very comfortable

Perfect gastronomie ! Breakfests as well dinners! Amazing creativity, very good wines ! Amazing stay in this hotel at that place with perfect skiing! Nice atmosphere at 1600 m!

The Owners ( Hölzl Family ) such a Great people. The whole Team was extraordinary. Excellent location, Quality Food. Dinner was unforgetable. Best vacation of all time. Well recommended.

the location is exellent, but seams that they are more prepared for the winter season. the service in the SPA was not a 4star hotel service.

full board dinner in particular, the level was not sufficient for a 4star hotel. suggestion: menu' less complicated and more quality.

Hotel was brilliant. Room was clean and spacious. However we had 2 kids and 1 of our kid didn’t have a cot we applied for so we had to sleep with us in a bed. Food was delicious. Lovely breakfast and 2 options of dinner.

We didn’t get a bed for our 2 year old son so he was sharing bed with us.

It is a beautiful property with lots of love and attention to detail ( including welcoming treats for the dog!). Helpful and friendly staff. Most amazing views from the bedroom! And a wonderful large balcony

The swimming pool was fairly small, and as there were lots of children playing in it, it was not possible to properly swim in it most of the time, which was a shame. But we managed to get a good swim in , in the nearby Staudammsee,

Shower without a door or curtain. Free view from the room into the shower, I actually can not think of anyone that would enjoy this. It’s like shower in front of everyone. Even thoug we are a family, you like to shower in private….

The stay at Ursprung Panorama hotel was awesome ? We felt very welcome from the very beginning to the end of our stay. All the staff was extremely caring and helpful. The spa facilities were not overcrowded and there is everything you need. There is a bar with a variety of tea and cold water. The panoramic view from the sauna is spectacular. We also used a cable car to get on the Alpes without additional cost, and the pickup point is only a 100 meters from the hotel. The view from our balcony was also amazing, rooms were extremely clean and well maintained. Good parking options in the underground garage with possibility to charge an electric vehicle. All in all it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel, it is worth every penny ❤️

Dinner at the restaurant was a bit pricey, so we chose another restaurant in the area, because we did not want a several course dinner.

Absolutely great place, staff is friendly and helpful. The best view of the mountains that I have seen. You can not leave the hotel, there is everything you need.

This was our first time visiting konigsleiten and staying at URSPRUNG Panorama Hotel madet, an even better experience

The pool jacuzzi was not working

Every aspect of our stay at Ursprung exceeded our expectations.Service: 10/10 Despite initially booking two separate rooms for two days, the staff at Ursprung went above and beyond to arrange for us to stay in a single room. The service was impeccable, with room service always prompt and attentive. Our room was flawlessly clean, with every corner meticulously maintained. Additionally, they even provided a comfortable and spacious baby cot for our little girl, which she absolutely adored.Food: 10/10 Without a doubt, Ursprung served us the best breakfast we've had in all of Europe. The selection was extensive and the dishes were freshly baked and cooked to perfection.Location: 10/10 Unlike other places we've stayed at, Ursprung is situated in a vibrant area with restaurants and pubs that remain open well into the night. The stunning view from the hotel is second to none and truly breathtaking.As we checked out, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a delightful gift of homemade jam and chocolates. This thoughtful gesture added an extra touch of warmth and hospitality to our overall experience at Ursprung.

It was an incredible experience. The owners were extremely kind, like all the staff. The location is superb. The food was delicious.

Everything was like perfect.

Great location with excellent view of the mountains, nice staff and a beautiful large sauna and resting area in the wellness. The breakfast was exceptional and the dinner was tasty too, however larger portions could be served because it wasn't enough sometimes.

We were placed to the neighbouring apartment because the hotel was overbooked but we were told that there is water damage and we found out at the hotel that it was only an excuse. So we had to pay the same amount for a lower quality room. But overall the hotel itself was fine. Only thing we missed was a jacuzzi from the wellnes area.

Beautiful, luxurious hotel. Wonderful facilities and room. Great helpful staff. Rooms are very spacious and with a beautiful view. The pool is great and so is the sauna and relaxation room and spa.

Great wellness, there is a spectacular view of the mountains from the sauna. Breakfast and dinner were very tasty. Parking in the garage is a good advantage. Staff were very helpful.

Overall, the stay was great. Exceptional place, great staff and services, great restaurant.

The bathroom could be larger, but ok.
