Fantastic view from the room, hotel staffs and quality of the breakfast and meals

The room and view was amazing, and the breakfast was delicious with alot of options. Staff were very kind and helpful.

Lack of parking

Its a great choice to Grundlsee accommodation and highly recommended, we had a one-bedroom apartment with lake view and we were very stratified with everything, the location and view was great and access to the lake as well.

No complementary toothpaste and brushes, slipper, tee, Nescafe, paper tower inside the rooms.For 3 days I requested a slipper, they said we will bring to you room , but nothing came.Rooms, balcony, restaurant, and a lot of areas totally not clean, there is a lot of spiders every where.Reception Staff they are very rude, with bad attitude.Most of the balconies and the areas outside the restaurant ( patio ) are not protected from rain and sun, because most of the time it’s raining, and I did pay this high amount of money to stay inside my room, but to sit in these areas ( balcony and patio )and relax and enjoy the view, but that was not the case.No elevator goes up to 3d floor ( I carry all my 7 suitcase through the stairs ), and there is only one elevator, you need to wait a lot of time to ride it.It’s very old style bathtub and shower area, and it’s very dangerous ( any one could slip there while going in and out of the bathtub ), and you need 5 to 7 minutes until you have the hot water from the faucet.Parkings are very far away from the hotel.They ask me to pay money in order to use the recreation rooms ( billiards )The Price I paid are very very very high compared to the services they provide.

We could have really used an AC because of extremely hot weather, unfortunately we had only fans in the room.We booked this hotel because of saunas and pool - because when travelling with kids some spa option is always great. Unfortunately sauna area of naked only policy. This information could have been in the hotel descritption. Luckily there is a lake with multiple swimming spots nearby.

Location, view and very clean

Exceptional breakfast with huge variety of food, very friendly staff and breathtaking view. Everything was perfectly clean and beautiful. The whole place is very calming.

A warmer pool/jacuzzi would have been very nice. But the wellness is still great.

Our stay at MONDI Resort Grundlsee was almost perfect, especially for those looking to relax and soak in the beauty of nature.•The location is stunning—our studio unit had a balcony with breathtaking views of the lake. It was the perfect retreat for a peaceful getaway.•The studio came equipped with a kitchenette, which added convenience and flexibility during our stay.•The breakfast was exceptional, with a wide variety of choices, and the champagne served on New Year’s morning was a delightful touch.

•The staff experience was disappointing. For instance, the hair dryer in our room was broken, and although I requested a replacement, it was never sent.•During check-in, the reception staff asked if it was our first visit. I answered yes, but one of his colleagues made a comment in their language and laughed, making my husband and me uncomfortable. It felt unprofessional and left a negative impression.

Everything!! The place is magical, next to the lake providing a breathtaking view. The room was excellent, quite comfortable with a small kitchen for those who want to prepare their own meals.It was very clean, and the room was very quiet. The breakfast was also very delicious. We also tried the restaurant that was also very nice.

The sofa in our apartment was stained, pool was really small and overcrowded, no jacuzzi.

Beautiful location, stunning views from the dining patio, comfortable bed, really nice breakfast and friendly staff.

The room description did not match what we received and so we paid for a room that was missing the kitchen features. We mentioned this at the front desk as we checked out.

The hotel is at a great location, you see the entire lake and the sundowners are quite awesome.

The lady at reception and two waitresses were extremely rude. Had this been Asia, they wouldn't have the job by now, but considering this is EU, the management of hotel must be knowingly putting up with them. They had no smile in serving, everything was a NO. They were treating everyone like kindergartners and such a lovely property does not deserve 2-3 employees spoil the experience.

No AC is a big downside. I didn’t realize this when I booked the hotel. It was so warm in the room in summer. A bit far from the parking to the hotel building.

Very nice hotel and full sets of kitchenwares,perfect for family and group travelers.

Hotel doesn’t have a private beach, there’s only an indoor swimming pool. If you wanna swim in the lake, 5-10mins walking is required, and no boat or paddle board that guests can use.

Depending on the time you eat breakfast is either excellent or good. Staff is extremely friendly. Beautiful views all around.

It is not value for money. The rooms needs an upgrade, spiderweps in the ceiling and stains on the carpets. Also the balcony were dirty! Sorry but for the price that this hotel is asking it needs to be clean at least. Also a small thing when there are no aircondition, you could put up mosquito nets on the door especially when there are so many bees and mosquitos. Another thing is the breakfast area. So many small details could make the overall experience so much better. Bees are everywhere (put up nets, not a huge cost), so noone sits outside and you can’t actually enjoy the terrace also presentation of the buffet. It feels like a canteen with no sense details. I will never come back to this hotel, so many other options in the area.

The room is very clean and well-maintained, with beautiful views of the surrounding property. Breakfast is excellent, offering plenty of food options. The outdoor tables at the restaurant provide a stunning view overlooking the lake
