Donauhotel Lettnerhof

Spotless and well-maintained. Off the main highway so very quiet at night.

The front door is always locked. When checking in you need to be buzzed in. Afterward the room card key unlocks the door, but move fast or it automatically relocks. Tfe reception and restaurant are one floor above entrance level so you can see over the dike to the Danube river.

The hotel was welcoming, comfortable, clean and very convenient to the the EuroVelo bike path. The breakfast was good. There's a nice viewing point on the river bank in front of the hotel.

Although the website said they had a restaurant, when we arrived we discovered that it was closed. There was nothing else open in the town, and on bicycles it was difficult to look further afield. So we had to make do with a couple of snacks from a vending machine. If we had been given advance notice, we could have brought some food with us. At least the breakfast the next morning was ample!

It was an excellent hotel with outstanding mother/daighter running it. They were extraordinarily generous to us when we faced the atrocious storms which did so much damage in Austria and elsewhere. We left early because of the weather and the team was brilliant in helping us. Before that, even little touches like fresh milk in our room for tea when we got in at the end of the day showed their standard of hosting. Absolutely wonderful.

Lovely accommodation, rooms were super comfortable. The staff was kind and supportive with all our questions, there is parking lot and an elevator. The breakfast was pretty complete and delicious, I wish I could stay longer :)

We enjoyed everything. The Hotel had a fantastic, secure bike room, onsite laundry, and the host was outstanding.

Wonderful hotel with lovely view of the Danube River. The rooms are large and very comfortable, and we found the breakfast to offer a nice assortment. The architecture of the hotel is quite beautiful, inside and out!

The rooms need air conditioning, as the Austrian summers are too warm now for a room without air conditioning and the room was very warm and a bit stuffy.

The location is just perfect right by the river and my suite was really great! Special thanks to the staff for being understanding and making me breakfast past the breakfast time due to my late arrival previous night at 2:30 am. I find it very considerate of them!

This place is amazing. Stunning location, excellent comfortable room and bed. The staff were so friendly, helpful and courteous; always appreciated at the end of a day when you are tired from the bike. The breakfast buffet has everything you could want.

The restaurant is closed for over a year. I was looking forward to some Italian food. What a shame, however, one of the most famous cycling coffee stops is a short walk away and they do hot food. They takeast orders strictly at 8pm.

We had a pleasant stay at Donauhotel Lettnerhof. The facility is new and clean, with friendly and excellent service. The bicycle room is well-equipped with superior security. Also, the breakfast quality is top-notch.

Modern and well dekorate hotel. Spacious rooms, good breakfast. Possibility to park motorbike in the garage.
