Eh, do not recommend

Water was dirty on wednesday.. had to use bottled water to do our things. They told us breakfast was included and they proceeded ro charge us..

Odd odour in lift...........

Very convenient location specially if you have a car. Parking was free. There is a bus that takes you to the main city that costs only 1.25 Euros a person and take 6-7 minutes. Once there - everything is walking distance.

A bit older and thus needs some TLC. We did have breakfast there - not good.

Great location for those travelling by car- lots of free parking. Breakfast buffet good value.

Tough city to not have transportation but hotel calls taxi for you very convenient and fast service.

This in my opinion is not a 4 star hotel. Maybe 20 or 30 years ago... The hotel has tried to modernize the rooms but all the facilities seem very dated. I thought I found a bargain but I think the price is cheap for a reason.

The room is large and comfortable

The air conditioning system is not cool enough, and there is no power socket next to bed for device charging, I complained about the air con, but the staff just brushed me away.

Location was wonderful along with a bus stop near by. Room was great. Staff were most helpful. Parking facilities were good.

Restaurant was limited but adequate. The whole hotel is a little "tired" and needs a refurbishment.

- Big room, good light, good bed, lets tell its a confortable room- Outdoor parking of hotel, 3 kms from aqueduc- Heater and clim- I could certainly be back

- It was calm, but i think with full hotel season, it becomes like a factory, big hotel.- It miss a kettle, cups, tea, coffee machine and free water to be a real 4 stars

Everything was really great! Nice and clean rooms, good facilities. Super helpful and friendly staff. Location was good and big free parking.

Not all the functions were available and it seemed that the public areas were not all available.Choice of menu was not expansive and a little expensive.

The staff were very helpful and friendly.The size of our triple room was more than adequate and we had a nice view looking over the swimming pool. Pool was a great size where you could swim proper lengths. It's on the cooler side (temperature wise) but once you're in and swimming you get use to it. A great way to finish the day off from sightseeing. The whole pool area and pool itself is kept very clean.A decent selection of food on offer at dinner. We ate in the hotel one evening and it was good.If you don't want to drive into Segovia it's easy to get the bus. Bus stop a few minutes walk from the hotel and it takes 10 minutes max.

Very old air conditioning unit in the room which did not work considering size of the room. Very hot sweaty night with little sleep!!
