Everything. Exceptionally kind host, the room was clean and spacious, great location, excellent breakfast. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I was a guest at nelly kelly’s during a music festival in july. The keycard retrieval worked well (reception only open in the morning), i had a room on the second floor and the irish pub part was not in operation during my stay. I was really impressed by the room as it was spacious, very clean and seemed newly renovated. Two windows were able to ventilate the room to a comfortable temperature. The multilingual staff was very friendly and cheerful during breakfast time. The location is nice; several restaurants, the old town square and krakonoš brewery/restaurant are in short walking distance. Looking forward to stay there again!

Perfect location, nice and friendly staff. Quiet and spacious. Nicely decorated. Good breakfast.We will definitely consider staying there again, but we'll ask to avoid the attic room.

We got the attic room. Many stairs (didn't bother us), but the room was hot every time we got in as we don't leave the AC on when we're not in the room.The room has a small and a very noisy "mobile" style AC which is perfectly cooling itself, but needs a lot of time to really change the temp in the room. The room has 2 roof windows, that once opened, deliver better cooling as hot air can get out, but it feels unsafe to leave them open when not in the room and at night, as rain (or someone) might get in.

There is no elevator, and location in old town- one way roads, difficult to park. And Irish pub in the first flour is closed at the moment, but there are good bars near.

The hotel is very new and exceptionally clean. The room is well-equipped with a kettle, fridge, and coffee machine, along with a wide selection of coffee and tea.The bathroom includes thoughtful amenities such as shampoo, body lotion, shower gel, and even a dental kit.Breakfast is delicious, offering a great start to the day.The location is also perfect—right next to many shops and restaurants, making everything easily accessible.Parking was not an issue during the weekend and we parked for free.

Bear in mind that there is no elevator. It was not a problem for us.. but can be for some guests...

This place was a whole package! Large room, everything was very clean, comfy bed and pillows(!), quiet little fridge and tasty lavaza coffee machine. The seating area was another bonus. Great breakfast and all staff exceptionally pleasant all the time. I will definitely stay here again!

facility in a great location in the heart of the town.. very nice room large bed very comfortable TV set, small fridge bathroom, great service, especially the girl who welcomed us with great pleasure, thank you very much, we will definitely come back next year!!

Clean, rooms relatevely new, quiet

This is not an hotel, it's a sort of bed and breakfast, zero services.There is no one at reception 24 hours a day, everything is managed by email. They charge the credit card the first day without any authorization and they send invoice by email.If you need something or you lost the key no one can help.

Happy to reveive an SMS with a Code to enter the Hotel. Restaurant was closed. Nobody there. No answers to SMS or on telephone. No breakfast although paid. Never again!

Cozy place, polite host.

Limited choice for breakfast if you look for vegan options. The fact I did not receive a code to retrieve the keys sufficiently in advance. I could get them from the key box thanks to another guest.

Great buffet breakfast with eggs, sausages or bacon, juices, coffee or tea, mixed roasted vegetables, cold cuts, pastries to choose from, as well as cold cereals. Also has a very nice Irish bar.

It would have helped if the hotel had an elevator to make it easier to get to the top floor with luggage.

I couldn't get one room for 2 adults and 5yr old to share. Even though my room was huge!This was inconvenient to have two rooms.

Location was fantastic, right in the centre of Trutnov. The bedroom was large and comfortable and the breakfast was good. The hotel also kept our bags, and my bike, whilst we went to explore Adrspach rocks the next day which was very kind of them. The restaurant attached is excellent with a good selection of food and beers.

Good selection for breakfast. Great location for the park and town square. We stayed for a meal and both had the fish and chips, which was delicious!

Excellent location - the very heart of Trutnov, very good staff - helped me to prepare the hot water for tea. comfortable rooms, beds, lots of small cosmetics. On the first floor of hotel - Irish Pub. Good breakfast.

for the bigger number of persons (we were 5 persons) it is only one bathroom - we had to wait

Location is great, right in the downtown with a possibility to park a car in front of the venue.

We travel with a child and we understand it's an oldfashioned building with no possibility to install an elevator so we were bothered by lifting all our luggage to the third floor. We haven't found an kettle to prepare a hot water for our son's milk.
