PATRIA HOTEL

We had a clean and spacious room on the top floor, which gave good views over the city. There is a pleasant riverside footpath leading into the town, Good buffet breakfast.

The room was stiflingly hot when we first entered, and even with windows fully open it was still a bit too warm at night (no air con)

Breakfast was very good, nice selection, everything was fresh and refilled regularly. All staff was very friendly, aproachable and helpful. Location is also very good.

The price was very high during the ongoing festival compared to the regular rate.

Very centrally located, with easy walking access to the downtown area along a beautiful river. Good breakfast daily. Staff was very helpful and accommodating.

Lack of basic amenities, like coffee makers, air conditioning, electronic door locks, and proper bathroom lighting.

Great location, parking, clean and quiet

The hotel definitely exceeded my expectations. Very polite and nice service. The room on the top floor actually guarantees a great view. It is incredibly clean and the rooms are well-equipped. It looks better than in the photos. The breakfasts are great - fresh and tasty. Overall rating - excellent.

Breakfast is katastrofe,old fruit,old bread,all together really bad,service and cleaning of the rooms you get if you are lucky,if you take booking with 2x 1bad insted of big bad they ask you to dont use another bad in room what you pay for ???

Patria Hotel was a great choice for travelling with friends to Trutnov! Food was excellent, room was clean and comfortable!

Location a little far to town Center and other areas, one room key that had to be shared among three people was difficult.

I stayed at the hotel for OEF festival. a 30 minute walk each way, which was fine because exercise is good. but closer would be better! not a problem though. the hotel was perfect for my needs, just a clean safe dry place to stay and live for 4 days. plenty of food at the breakfast when i was healthy enough to visit! very clean, very helpful staff. supermarket nextdoor for supplies and Trutnov is a beautiful town/countryside. hotel is right be the river.

I was on the 5th floor facing the supermarket, it was very hot so with the window open the traffic could get quite noisy in the mornings. not much to be done about this really, it's just the location of the hotel and the town. You kindof get used to it. Just depends how you well you can sleep. Maybe close the windows but then the room was quite hot. Again, temperatures outside were also very hot so... Aircon would fix it but that would be a luxury. It didnt spoil my stay.

Although it was a quite cold night, room temperature was perfect (it is not easy to operate large almost empty hotel in the winter). Breakfast was also very good. About a mile from center of town / restaurants, still acceptable walking distance. Satisfied overall.

The heating was very loud and the bed was very uncomfortable.There should be more choice of food at the breakfast, e.g. there were no scrambled eggs

The floor in the room is soaked with tobacco smoke. The smell is not pleasant.

Easy check in, decent service, nice location, comfortable room and balcony was great too.Simple but good hotel for our stay at the local music festival.

The bed was a bit hard, would have preferred something softer. Didn't keep me from getting good night's sleep though.Nothing else comes to mind.

Rooms were spacious, nice and clean! And very beautiful sunrise view from the 6th floor balcony ❤️

Nice modern hotel with friendly staff.Power failure was quickly dealt with.

A bit of a walk from the town centre and railway station but that was already clear from the map.

Nobody from the hotel contacted me as I was travelling late due to the traffic congestion. They just closed the hotel and I was on the road at 10 pm in the night. It wasnt a professional attitude

The hotel is set back from the main road so it was quiet with no traffic noise. Check-in was busy but the friendly receptionist dealt with everybody efficiently. I had a reasonable meal in the restaurant and there was a good choice for breakfast in the morning. The breakfast room opened up half an hour earlier on Sunday morning to accommodate a group requiring an early train.

The staff were very helpful and were able to arrange for breakfast to be made available earlier than planned.

The bed was a bit too firm for my liking and the quilt too narrow.

The young lady at reception arranged for our group to get breakfast half an hour early at 07:30 as we had a train to catch at 08:20. This was much appreciated.

Room was warm during the night.

Location, simplicity and overall accommodation is good for transition one night.

No toothpaste in the room.
