Piramida

The staff was very helpful, attentive and truly care that your stay is best. They will provide great information on the area very proud of their community and culture. Entrance is via the restaurant entrance.

The apartment was very nice. Big and looked great. Well maintained. We really enjoyed the stay.

It was unique and not too far from a beautiful city center. Great breakfast with many choices.

Location, pricing, staffing, breakfast, A/C and updates to the facility

Bathroom update did not seem to include update to shower handle. Water did not stream out as it should. Everything else was wonderful.

The family room was very spacious, and beautifully furnished. Had everything we needed. The cot, we requested, had extra bedding and a teddy, it was a nice touch and our daughter loved it.

Lovely experience, large and clean room, very friendly and helpful staff, good facilities, parking on site, good restaurant

Location of the hotel was not so good, but, Ok, everything else was super

The room is spacious, clean, newly renovated. Nice breakfast with cold and warm options, the lady serving it even made special tosti for my son, super friendly. Great staff in general, we enjoyed our stay.

The staff was great! The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast had the choice both for adults and kids. Great location.

Nice hotel, really stands out in terms of design and general execution. High attention to detail, statues inside etc. Would be curious to learn how someone came up with this idea of the Pyramide and Sphynx.

Stayed just one night, nothing to complain about as everything was great.

Excellent stay for the family, breakfast was great, the staff was amazing, and the room was huge! Will return.

Everything was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, the staff were all friendly and welcoming, free tea and coffee whenever you like

It wasn’t clear how to enter. That is my only negative

Clean. Nice breakfast.

Not 24/7 reception. At night the room card for all guests was reset and you did not have electricity and ability to enter the building. I tried to call the whole tel I got as emergency call but no one pick up. I know about guests the left outside the hotel with no ability to enter. Awful!!!!

We didn't have breakfast.

Breakfast time is too late for travelers. There is little space in the parking lot.

The location was fantastic. A short walk to the main square and all the restaurants there. The guy who checked us in was super friendly and gave us several suggestions of things to do. The restaurant staff was also fabulous and cooked dinner for us even though the restaurant was closed to the public.

The only thing I would change was that there was a sensor activated light in our room that kept clicking on throughout the night. The room we were in had an entryway area and the bedrooms were right and left from the entry door. Since we have small kids we like to keep the doors open between the bedrooms so we can hear them and there was no way to turn off the sensor light. If you are ok with keeping the doors closed, it's not an issue.

Good food in the restaurant. I liked the amenities - the coffee machine.

Only 1 roll of toilet paper in the room and we ran out in the middle of the night.

Staff was very friendly and spoke English. Restaurant food serving size was big and flavorful. We will be staying here and when come back.

We didn’t get to stay in the pyramid itself as we got upgraded to an even better room on the new extension, which was wonderful. It is distinctive and the quality of the extension is superb.

There was some kind of automation for the water supply to the bathroom that meant it was switched off. But after leaving the bathroom just for a few seconds, it always came back on, so no trouble in the end.

The owner received with incredible service, spoked english and was able to adjust our rooms accordingly. Hotel is super clean and has an interesting interior.

unusual design of the hotel. despite that, the hotel seems to have had renovation recently. the room was all fresh and new

Price, location, availability and great welcome drink!! Refreshing and tasty after long drive. Very receptive host upon arrival. Breakfast has hot food options, nice variety and also tasty.

This is more of a nice to have than a complaint: 1. we had the largest suite, sleeps 6 and one bathroom. If the shower were separate from the toilet would be great for such a large suite or 2nd bathroom. 2. If traveling with large luggage or mobility concerns this would be a challenge accessing each time.
