Exceptional service throughout our stay and breakfast and dinner were both so good! The staff was incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. We would absolutely stay here again.

The bed was a bit hard and rough on my back

Breakfast was good. A lot of the dishes people may overlook were delicious. E.g. carrot pancakes, celery pate, etc. Shower was nice and powerful. Room was clean and quiet.

Bed was HARD. No give at all. Lots of stairs. For us older people they put us in the farthest room from the entrance! ?

Everyone was so friendly! We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel and both were phenomenal. Will definitely be staying here again!

Exceptional hotel with exceptional customer service!!! I spent a couple of days during the pottery festival back in August, and I am so glad that I chose to stay in this place. I have been staying here since the late ‘90’s and have loved it each time!!! The breakfast is outstanding, the rooms are always so clean and the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly!!!! Well done!!!

Breakfast and dinner at the restaurant had a great selection. Food was delicious. Location is close to local pottery shops. Staff were very friendly.

The staff is very kind and accommodating, and the adjoining restaurant has a fantastic selection of local beers.

The location is a bit removed from the city center and services. However, it is within reasonable walking distance of many pottery vendors.

Clean and cozy, quiet. We also had a good dinner at the hotel restaurant.

The hotel was so nice and the rooms were comfortable and spacious. It had secured parking and a fantastic restaurant. The staff were absolutely wonderful. They went beyond what was expected and were very kind.

Lovely hotel. Spacious room. Vey clean. Loved the decor of the room and hotel in general. Excellent breakfast. We arrived very late and the front desk person was lovely, as were all the staff. Close to some pottery stores.

Staff at hotel were very friendly and welcoming (Magda, Jack, & Kinga). Family Room was very spacious for 4 adults, double WC in room was a nice bonus. Bar had excellent selection of local beers (recommend the Honey Beer), as well as, good dinner selection in restaurant. Breakfast had a wide variety of local and continental options. Homemade preserves/fruit compotes were excellent! Also enjoyed the bar & pool table.

We thought the breakfast was great! A nice selection of meats, toast and pastry, made to order eggs, coffee and fresh fruit and oats options. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating and went out of their way to make sure we all were comfortable during our stay.

The beds were a little firm for some people in our party but overall, we loved the hotel.

Spacious, clean and good location.

We stayed in a suite with a fireplace. It was so cozy! The hotel even had the fireplace ready to be lit with extra wood to add to the fire. Breakfast was delicious as well.

The rooms were overhead ( for me it was to warm ) pillows should more comfortable .Food was delicious ?
