Pros +
- I liked the staff. Friendly and competent.
- The location is great. The place is very quiet and beautiful. Food was the best and more than enough. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Fixed all situations that presented.
- The breakfast was great! The hotel has cute decorations. The beds were ok. Unfortunately, there was music playing throughout the night and it also sounded like there was construction after 2200 hours.
Cons -
- Beds were a little old. No AC.
- The room description and photos didn't match. The big bath was missing. But they covered it with some cheesecake ??.
- The hotel used to be new but some 25 years ago , the pillows could be more comfortable, too few power sockets

Breakfast was terrific! My room was spotless, and spacious. The facility itteresting, and somewhat quirky, which i loved.
Lots of stairs, but that is part of the charm. My bed was not very comfortable.
Very poor
Crazy music played until 3 am, and we were not warned about it. At midnight we were moved to another room. Very bad experience.
The hotel is like a museum, being here you feel like a duke or an earl in their country residence. Every corner has interesting interior details (old lamp, painting or vase), the garden is also full of picturesque places to sit and enjoy nature or have a cup of coffee. The room was very cosy, with a beautiful view of an old oak tree and a small park. The hotel is located in a quiet area of the town, so nothing will disturb your sleep. In the morning guests are offered a delicious and quite varied breakfast (buffet).
There was no such thing.
Very nice and clean hotel. The building and the interior are vintage and neatly kept.
I loved the unexpected jacuzzi but sadly it didn't work.
Not too far from the town center but far outside enough to be really nice and quiet. The staff is absolutely amazing. We got free ice cream when we ate an amazing dinner there (thank you ?). They initially forgot to give us a crib for our daughter which was no issue to get one then later. The breakfast was so so so good. The room had a nice size. Really big. We're coming back hopefully next year ?
Nothing. It was amazing.
Spacious room, clean, nice balcony.Fabulous garden. Nice photo spot.Good continental breakfast ? Restaurant works till 21:00 on rhe regular day.
The water stream in the bath really stops you from taking the actual bath. The fridge and kettle in the room would be a great idea.Weak signal in the room.
Beautiful hotel with friendly staff (especially Olivia and Agnieszka, and ladies in the restaurant). Walkable distance to the center of the city. Quiet and with a gorgeous garden. Very tasty breakfast and the best coffee.
There was a private event in the restaurant one evening. There was no where information about it. I came to the hotel with a few friends to have dinner there, and we were sent away.
Helpful staff Excellent breakfast Great bathroom
Terrible mattresses on bedsOne room had no curtains and only partial blinds
Staff were pleasant, not to far from the town centre, nice gardens
Rooms had a musty smell, carpets probably need a good clean. The dining room is nice and the food was ok but the upholstered Chairs in dining room have sagged as the springs are worn.
The location was wonderful for polish pottery shopping. The staff was helpfully and it was overall a great fun place for a group of ladies to stay.
The coffee maker at breakfast was not working correctly most mornings.
Breakfast was really good- fresh food, lot's to choose from, just the music was stuck on 10s of one song on repeat.
The hotel is quite old - all squeaky, the doors are hard to close. At thirst we were given the wrong room, but then the staff changed it for the one that we booked.
It is a beautiful old fashioned hotel with charming atmosphere and friendly staff.Breakfast was served early and we had variety of options to choose from.
It would be nice when one travels to have an access to a small fridge and a kettle- if not in a room for safety reasons - in the reception or in the hallway.
Only one thing was positive-the guy who was working in reception. He changed room from no.1 to no.3. He was very helpful and spoke in English.
When we just checked in in room no.1, I’ve realiaed that it is very moist. Seems that all beds and sheets was moist. It was awfull. The reception guy, saw that and he gave us room no.3. It was better and dry, however the sound from the wedding party was so loud, that we couldnt sleep, also all building seems had this vibration when somebody in the night was going upstairs to their rooms. The style and furniture old, but this must be maintained, and what is most important we had no decent rest and sleep! How management don’t care about guests in the rooms, but only parties down in the restaurant. I can’t believe… This hotel must be reviewed as he is not worth 3 stars at all..
Very beautiful old hotel with large rooms. Everything is a bit outdated, but the people are friendly. Breakfast was good.
There is a weird smell in the hallway and in our room it was even worse. But after some minutes you get used to it. The beds were old and not very good anymore.
The hotel had lots of character, very interesting decorations, a unique layout and lovely grounds - quite beautiful and unique overall. You felt like there were stories to be told about it's history :) Also the buffet breakfast was great, well laid out with many options.
There didn't appear to be daily cleaning in our rooms, until we requested this. However, the rooms were quite clean already when we checked in.
