Mercure Bydgoszcz Sepia

Nice clean room located near Old Town

Great location, great breakfast and great staff.

The hotel is not that new when compared with the other options in Bydgoszcz and the room was a bit small.

The room was spacious with a nice modern bathroom and large TV.

The hairdryer was not powerful at all.

Location, comfort, value and cleanliness. Plus standard check out was 12! Everything we needed

Only issue was the main doors weren’t working

Good location for access to shops and public transport. Breakfast was very good and plenty of choice.

No bad points.

Perfect location. Fabulous rooms. Beds so comfortable. Room & hotel super clean. Great breakfast. Nice bar. Friendly and helpful staff.

Nothing, everything was good.

location, breakfast, staff

bit run down, lack of obscuring curtains

Localization, Breakfast, Size of the Room, Parking, Friendliness

Everything was all right

Perfect location, very close to tourist attractions just by walking, near restaurants, cafes, convenient stores. Friendly staff, price is quite reasonable with the quality.

Room is quite clean although housekeeping could be better.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Great price and close to old town.

I like everything- position, room, staff, breakfast!!

Good size twin room, good bathroom with a lovely shower, plenty of hot water. Very good breakfast choices. Staff polite and professional, special mention to Olivia serving in the bar, lovely pleasant and friendly young lady.

Bedroom carpet looking very tired and could do with a good wash.

Great location. OK bar. Friendly staff. Very tidy

Didn't have breakfast, very good evening meal room of a high standard have absolutely no complaints

This hotel is very central, spacious, welcoming and helpful staff and very comfortable. There is a fantastic park 5 minutes away and the famous sculptures are nearby.I really enjoyed my stay here.

One of my favourite hotels. As a solo cyclist you are very well looked after and can put your pride and joy in your room! The staff are so friendly, rooms outstanding, breakfast sumptuous and location is great - literally 5 minutes walk to the square. And if it’s sunny get on the roof terrace and chill!

Hotel location perfect for us, just a short walk to a lovely park and The Square with bars and restaurants.Lovely comfortable, quiet, clean room.Breakfast, very relaxed atmosphere with a wide variety of delicious food, buffet style, well presented.

Couldn’t find fault with anything. All good.

Everything was perfect. Staff is friendly and helpful. Room is clean and spacious, bed is huge and comfortable. There even is a fridge with drinks inside (for purchase).Location is very convenient, just cross the street and a bridge and you're in the old town.Beautiful breakfast with a lot of fresh varieties.

Breakfast is quite expensive, although the breakfast itself is perfect.

Excellent, as expected with Mercure

Communicate better about how to get to the car park when the normal route is blocked by roadworks.
