The room was bright and spacious with a comfortable bed. Good location, just a few minutes walk to the shopping mall.

Stay was very nice, room was clean , Bed was very comfortable , Location is good, its next to the Focus Mall[2 mins] .15 mins walking distance from City centre.
There should be some more consideration on Breakfast .The eating options were limited, Improvement can be made on Coffee machine and selections.

The WiFi was not working over the weekend as there was an issue and they could not fix it The carpet is old and needs a replacement

No one could check in early (even by five minutes), there was no ventilation in the bathroom, no toilet brush, no regulation of temperature in the room, and they only gave one key card to two people.

Good location and very good conection to every important part of town. Excellent breakfast, tasty, fresh, very satisfying!
Even it is a room with twin beds, beds are almost connected. Room is worn out and needs to be refreshed, especially the carpet with a lot of stains. There is almost no sound isolation between rooms.

Staff was rude. Girls at reception didn't know I was Polish and I understood all comments and silly jokes about me and my partner.Room was dirty and outdated. Stains all over the place, cigarettes burns on the carpet and moldy bathroom. Big spider crawl down from airocon unit.
I have visited the area several times over the past few years and I only have the best impressions. I have been using this particular hotel since 2022 and I will continue to do so whenever I need to be in Bydgoszcz again.
