Hotel Pomorski

The staff was really nice and it was close to a mall. It was quiet, which was nice. I liked that they had quiet hours.

The location was a bit far out of town, but there is a train. It is probably fine if you have a car.

The room was clean and nicely furnished. There was complimentary water, tea and coffee. The staff at the front desk was very helpful and nice. The breakfast had a wide range of choices and was tasty, but I'm afraid a person with a more strict diet (vegan or vegetarian) might not have as many options (there was vegan yogurt though, which is definitely appreciated).I would definitely consider staying here again, but would ask for a room without a mirror above the bed.

I did not enjoy the full length mirror on the ceiling above the bed. First of all, why, second of all, is that even safe? Seemed very out of place in a hotel like this.

I would recommend this hotel due to the price.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the bathroom did not meet expectations. The toilet brush was in poor condition and should be replaced. Additionally, the walls in the shower area were not properly cleaned, and there was visible hair in the bathroom, which is particularly unpleasant and unacceptable from a hygiene standpoint. Other than that it was a good stay, I would recommend this hotel due to the price.

Great size, shower and bath, separate bed for out daughter. Fab location, close by shopping centre. Bed comfortable and very warm inside, been there when outside was -10.

It was a average breakfast but not enough variety of fruits and vegetables for me.

Cleaning was poor, old and dirty mattresses with blood spots, coffee spots and rest, hair from previous guests or stuff been everywhere, sheet with holes, old and uncomfortable pillows, very noisy and loud toilet flushing, Hotel is defined as non smoking, but all the corridors smells like ashtray, someone smoked at our floor, smell of alcohol and noise neighbors. When we entered the room, there were a rules of how to stay, one of the rules strictly no smoking, but the room has the smell of cigarettes.

The breakfast was good, the cleaner was very polite and fast. We asked to bring breakfast for the day of departure (because we left at 4:30) and we had already forgotten it, but the receptionist reminded us of it in the morning. The breakfast packages were richly complete, we drove for 16 hours and never had to buy more food.

There was no ventilation and the toilet vent made a lot of noise.

Especially the bathroom was exceptionally dirty. Someone else’s hair in the bathtub, on the washbasin and behind the toilet. As if no one cleaned after previous guests. Unacceptable.Also you have to shut the doors to your room, not close them, so it was loud in the morning and in the evenings. It is definitely not meeting the standard the price suggests

The hotel is a little dated but was fine for what we wanted.

The breakfast was better than expected, the morning staff were very friendly, helpful, and relaxed. Parking was very easy, but the hotel did not have many guests for that night, either. The nearby tram stop, go-karting, skating rink, and shopping center would probably be great for longer stays.

The reception desk had closed quite early that evening, before our arrival, which was not horribly late. The staff were nice enough to send a message with instructions to enter the hotel, and in which room and door to find our key, but checking into a hotel without the reception desk felt odd. The hotel restaurant is also closed every Sunday and holiday.

NEVER BOOK THIS HOTEL

It's a terrible experience. We could not get inside the hotel. Arriving at check in, we received the code to the door but the door was locked from the inside. It was already 10pm and we spent about 30-45 minutes on the street contacting the owner, he refused to come and open the hotel. After 45 minutes on the street, we were offered another solution - a hotel 4-5 km from the current one, we were assured that the class of the hotel and the room would be the same and we would receive compensation including compensation for the taxi at our expense. Arriving at another hotel, we were given a room of very poor quality, where there was a broken toilet, shower, fungus on the walls and everything was dirty. The hotel owner simply turned off the phone and it was already too late (11pm) to look for another place. Moreover, there was a deaf-mute couple (father and son) on the street near the first hotel, who had left their things there and could not get inside either - the owner just ignored their text messages. The next day, of course no refund was made, the hotel simply stopped responding. The photos below refer to the hotel that was given to us as a replacement. Of course, on the one hand, we were not left on the street, but on the other hand, Hotel Pomorski does not have any staff. This is a three stars hotel with no reception, no security, and you may not get back inside after checking in. We are in contact with Booking about this situation, but we believe that such a hotel has no place on the sites and recommend that never book anything here.

The hotel is very clean,. Very good breakfast with a large selection of products, although a bit expensive. Cosy restaurant.

...the rooms look a bit old but it doesn't bother me. The operation of water pipes is audible and may be disturbing.

The hotel was nice for a 2 star hotel.

Location is not near anything, the luggage storage was not secure since I had to switch hotels before check-in. Not many taxis would accept Ubers at this location due to how far from the centre of the city.

The breakfast and the meal in the restaurant in the evening was excellent!

It doesn't look inside like on the pictures. Door is like a paper sheet, not protecting from any sounds outside. Toilet is creepy, just like back in '90. I'm surprised by the price/quality value.

I really liked the hotel. The room is clean, the staff is friendly. Nearby is a large mall and a groceries store.
