Staff very friendly, room with balcony great view and excellent breakfast

Nice location, room looks comfortable, parking just ok.

I had room faced to street, so woke up at 5.30 when city tramway started. Also room was to cold and it's too much time to warmup. Toilet also flashed not good and there for was smelly.

Location was good. Close to centre and main shopping centre

Main sitting area in the lobby in front of the bar was dusty and furnished with old sofas.Phone in the room wasn't working, so had to go to the reception to get the iron stand. Got the iron stand but one of its leg was broken. Towels in the bathroom were very old

We had a room with a balcony - big room, big bathroom, view of river. Modern fit out, nice garden to the rear Breakfast was excellent - great choice available. Room was warm. Located away from the centre (which we chose to get our steps in !) and a fair walk into town - but there is a tram stop outside hotel so not an issue. Staff very attentive/helpful

Delighted with this hotel. Convenient location, and a nice room with a big shower which was lovely after a flight. Everything was great, but the breakfast was absolutely outstanding - best breakfast I've ever had at a hotel. Very impressed and would definitely be back.

Very helpful staff and the hotel was spotless clean. We had a Suite overlooking the river and it was was excellent. Highly recommend this Hotel.

There was nothing not to like, except, and I accept that it's a Polish thing, but the scrambled eggs were a bit runny. Most Westerners prefer our scrambled eggs less runny on the plate.Apart from that minor issue, the Hotel was excellent in service, value and location. Highly recommend this to anyone.

Nice big rooms, friendly staff, nice view of the river

Woken up early with workman shoring up river bank, drilling. Had to check out a day earlier because of some maintenance work.

The room was spacious and very clean, with all the expected amenities provided. The breakfast was excellent, especially with the option to order eggs freshly prepared.

On the downside, the mattress was a bit too soft for my taste, and considering the overall experience, the price felt somewhat high for the value received.

Everything was perfect. Room big enough, fridge, big balcony and lovely view.

Breakfast was good but I have to wait for fresh items. Plate was almost empty. A bit more choices will be nice.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff who spoke English. There was an arcade and bowling alley 2 mins away which my daughter loved. Decent offering for breakfast as well.

Just the one thing, the bar shut at 8pm ?????????

Convenient location, both at the main street and river. Good breakfast with lots of local cuisine choices (pierogi for breakfast!). Good choice at the hotel restaurant with seasonal dishes (asparagus in May).

Very comfortable, spacious room. Also it was very clean.

Sauna in the hotel did not work.

Location very convenient - not so close to the city centre but well connected and close to the river. The room was quiet (well isolated from the external noise), but one could hear people walking in the room above, unfortunate if your neighbours are active in the middle of the night. Excellent breakfast, varied, which is appreciated during longer stay. It was my second stay at the hotel and that also says something.

Only the noise from the upstairs room - I guess nothing can be done.

I liked everything. I visited for business. My needs were well satisfied. Breakfast we excellent. Service was excellent. This was my second visit. I will return. Thanks!

My suggestion is to have additional electricity outlets/connections. The wall locations are not convenient. Especially near the bed. Today, people plug-in phones, laptops and other devices. Extensions on the floor that match the wall's color would be solution.
