Great localisation. Clean and easy access to everybpart of the hotel. Weight scale to check.your baggage weight (very handy).

Shower head couldn't held on to the stand. Extra pillow would be appreciated.

We liked the location and how clean the room was.

The hotel is very run down, the beds ( we tried two) were hard and uncomfortable. The pillows were lumpy. The window would either open all the way or had to be closed. The heat was on and couldn’t be turned off.

Checking out time is 12 o 'clock, and before it was the time to check out, the housekeeping staff knocked urgently frantically crazily on the door at 11.30, and I thought maybe something happened emergency, but she just asked if I wanted to check out. Are you crazy? Why don't you wait till you check out at 12:00 to clean?I am soooooooo unsatisfied with this experience.i think it's worst hotel i have never met before

Very comfortable beds and quite good localised according to city center.

Breakfast are tasty but there is not a lot of variety and that is wha in our opinion is not worth the price. Moreso there is not enough space for clothes and bathrooms needs to be fixed (specially shower cabin).

As always - not far from city central train station, situated near a beautiful park and theatre, we really enjoy staying at this hotel. This time we even got the chance to check out its restaurant - and it was very good, service was superfriendly and dishes all good. We like the rooms, service is always welcoming and there was even a surprise for All Saints holiday (which can be quite sad if you lost someone or want to remember - not everyone is up to do carneval-helloweenish folklore) which was really heartwarming. Thank you! Ah - did I mention the great city center of Bydgoszcz, worth a look!

The hotel it self was ok staff didn’t have a clue or speak English enough to help when we could not get in to our room

Breakfast could have been better and a toaster would have been good and more selection of food. The shower was too low down so I’m 5-8 and I had to keep removing it so I could clean myself also the rubber strips down the side were also coming out so I had to keep placing them back

Restaurant is really good..

The only problem is WI-FI. Connecting to internet is really hard and very slow..

Not bad. The room was clean. Large bathroom. A park and a shopping center are nearby. The parking is located right on the territory of the hotel.

Bad Wi-Fi signal. The room was on the first floor, the windows faced to the yard. The automatic gates were constantly being heard opening.

Great location, friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, complimentary water in the room was appreciated.

The Wi-Fi was difficult to connect to and didn't work very well. A tile in the bathroom was loose/had come off and there was a big crack in the sink.

Location is about 15 minutes walk from the very center of the city. Hotel has a dedicated parking place. Breakfast was good, room was clean.

We missed our welcome drink as it was not said that it has time limits.

The hotel has a large free guarded parking lot and this is a big plus. The room was comfortable, the plumbing was functional. There were no signs of mold in the bathtub. The pillows and bed were also comfortable. There were two bottles of drinking water in the room. I would like to note the presence of a sufficient number of sockets in the room and in particular near the bed on both sides. I also liked the ample number of clothes hooks in the bathroom and the convenient large sink where you could conveniently place things. This does not always happen in hotels. Breakfast was enough for me with the opportunity to make unlimited fresh juice on my own. I liked the service at the hotel, unobtrusive, but attentive and friendly.

There is a tram stop just across the hotel, so it's easy to get downtown.The bed was good

They write that the room has aircon, but it's not an aircon that can cool the room like a normal aircon, so the room is still warm when you sleep.The walls and door are thin, and when the hotel very often hosts events and party's in the evening, earplugs are a must

Find it difficult to answer. Room was normal but not like at photos on booking. Location.

At lobby of hotel was some party for all night till ~3 a.m. We heard music all over the hotel. If you hosting parties or similar events you must be notify visitors because we need stay in hotel but not disco club.

They have changed my room to a much better room because the lock of my room didn't work.

The lobby, restaurant and the staff were very friendly

We had to switch rooms twice once because the door wasn’t properly closed there a big gap at the top so it was a privacy issue which led to a room change and staff was nice about it and understanding then unfortunately there was apparently a problem with the shower in the second room so we had to move rooms again.
