Location in the very center of the city. Breakfast not ideal but good enough. Good personnel.

Strong smell of mold in the bathroom. Very narrow entrance to the parking.

The hotel is in an excellent location. The breakfast was good. The staff was friendly and spoke English. Lots of hot water in the shower.

Location: Great, right on Gdanska Street, walking distance to Old Town. Value for the money: Excellent. Very reasonable price for accomodation. Staff: Friendly, helpful, English-speaking.

The breakfast was tasty, but a little Spartan.

Located within a 10-minute walk to the city centre and about the same distance from the central train station. Kind and helpful staff. I had a problem in my room and they quickly resolved it. Quiet at night. You can leave there your luggage after check-out.

It was my inaugural visit to Bydgoszcz, and I was particularly impressed with both the hotel and the professional demeanor of the administrator, Aleksandra. She’s an incredibly gracious girl and provided invaluable recommendations on the must-visit spots in the city.

Breakfast was good, offering bacon was nice. Room was comfortable although it was hot without aircon. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom and shower was good.

The room needs curtains or dark blinds. I slept poorly because the room was too light given the sun rose at 0430. I would need dark curtains installed in order to come back to Hotel Kuznia next year.There was no electric kettle in the room and I was told I could not have one in the room. It was very annoying having to go to reception to ask for hot water every time I wanted a cup of tea.

Bad

The heaters were not working and they did not turn them on even after I requested. Most of the staff doesnt speak english.There is no fridge in the rooms.

We had to spend one night in Bydgoszcz and we knew we were going out for a lot of drinks. We just needed a bed and breakfast. This place ticked those boxes! The staff were also very friendly, even though they didn't speak much English. Not their fault, I don't speak any Polish.

It was in July. There was no air con. There were no curtains. Nothing like waking up at 5am with a hangover!

Staff were just very pleasant and helpful. Great location. Breakfast was nice and simple.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The breakfast was tasty and fresh. The location wasn't that far from the centre but too far for me.

The bed mattress and pillow was very uncomfortable for me.

from our room it was noisy late at night. Bright light could not be blocked out and it got light starting at 3:45 AM. Shower faucet leaking water.

There is no kettle to habe some tea or coffee if you needed specially when you are out whole day and its cold

Sufficient.

Breakfast selection was poor compared with other hotels in Poland in this price range.
