The room and shower are very clean

Clean. Easy check-in. Bathroom nice. Beds ok.

No elevator. Windows didn’t close properly. A lot of noise. Close to main road. More like a motel.

Perfect but far

It is really outside the city . Bus,train not a find it .you have to car :)

Breakfast was just coffee and a roll hardly with butter and some ham if you are lucky.

A decent coffee and a decent breakfast. If you want another item you have to pay extra, which as well doesn't look good at all. They should promote the hotel more clearly on Booking.com. The hotel is not for the tourist in mind but for people who are traveling for work, for example, truck drivers, with all due respect. The hotel is in an industrial area.The room, although a non-smoking room, was smelly, and had to ask the receptionist for an air freshener. The sink inside the bathroom is cracked and very much dangerous for the user, and when someone uses the toilet above the room the smell of drainage was disgraceful. You can hear the other person inside the room next to you, spitting the whole night.

great price, very clean and comfortable, the staff even sent me a message offering a very late check in.

This is a good overnight stopping place on the way to Bilbao

No menu so hard to know what is available if you know no Spanish

We arrived to Spain and stayed in the Hotel in our first night before moving forward to the south of Spain.for that needs, the Hotel completely meet our needs and expectations The breakfast was pretty nice for the first visit in Spain :-)

The location is little far from bus station and you need to take a taxi from "St Antonio" to the hotel which is not far place so taxi doesn't want to come when you call as it is a short distance for him .

When I want to go to Madrid I had to walk to st Antonio station to find a bus .

The attached restaurant ran out of both beer and wine, a dry night followed as it was too late to get booze locally.

Very clean. On site parking and restaurant. We had a very nice three course meal with wine for a very reasonable cost.

Although our room was overall spacious it was a strange shape which meant there was a very narrow strip on one side of the bed and no bedside table. Only one chair for two people.

The girl in the restaurant was rude to us because she couldn’t speak any English, did not give me chance to use any Spanish I knew. She was snappy and shouting.Evening meal was extremely greasy and not enjoyable.All doors and windows closed in communal areas with no air con.Air con in room not adequate.Nothing in the area so no choice but to eat in restaurant.

For the cost of the room, it was great!

It got a little bit noisy from 0100-0400, which was strange bc the building is secured and there didn’t seem to be a lot of customers.

Nice location, cozy and discreet.Easy to get there and the room was clean. The bathroom was better than the room itself.

The air conditioner didn't work very well and the room was too warm making it too hot to be comfortable.The bed could be better.
