Good location for airport. Clean, large room. Restaurant on site.

It was a quick visit as our flight got in very late. We arrived at 2am and checked out at 10am. The hotel was clean and

It is close to the airport, so it was really helpful for us to get some sleep before the flight

The restauran food, it is a little expensive and not many options

Cheap and did what you needed too. Value is good. Hotel is bare, not even coffee in room. But room was fine and AC was good. Also nice having restaurant and gas station close for food/snacks.

No coffee. Terrible view overlooking the gas station. Cafeteria was blah.

Location ideal, facilities were great, onsite dining was ideal and good quality, ample parking. Staff were friendly and accommodating, public areas very clean. Hotel felt safe.

Location and easy to find

Organising transfer to the airport was harder than I expected (with bike boxes) and I had to sort it out

Staff helpful as we were first timers. Could sleep with the window open with me excessive noiseWe landed at 1am in Alicante Airport and took a taxi to the hotel. Check in via the restaurant staff, who were very helpful......

To get to the hotel via a taxi was 15 euros with a top included......but the taxi back to the airport was 35 euros with a curt Thank you and no tip.Would this be correct or a rip off taxi driver. We requested a taxi from reception.

Allowed a check in at 2am due to our flight, exceptional check in and staff very helpful

Nothing not to like

The room was big. The bathroom was great.

The Aircon could only go as low as 22° The bed was squeaky when you moved.

I didn’t like the fact it was on a motorway meaning I couldn’t walk to places, resulting in a lot of taxi journeys

It is by a gas station. If you are going to Alicante city, there is no bus. Taxi have to ride a long de tour to get of the highway in the opposite direction.

Nice hotel. Modern and comfortable. Value for money. Good location if you travel from North to South of Spain.

At the same time it’s bad location if you travel to Alicante airport or direction from South to North of Spain. On the map it looks opposite to Alicante airport, but you need to drive 20 min around with many turns just to get to this opposite side of autobahn. There is just one isolated entrance from autobahn. Local roads, that go under autobahn and seem to be logically connected on Google maps to hotel are not in reality.

Always love our overnight stays here. Very clean and comfortable. Great restaurant with staff who go above and beyond to keep everyone served. Busy times are run like clockwork. Also love the new shower gel, champu and soap dispensers, much better than the sachets ☺️?

We like a non smoking room, however this time as we approached our room we were overwhelmed by the smell of cigarette smoke. All the rooms opposite and even the room next door were smoking rooms. It did permeate through to ours which made our latest visit not so pleasant.
