We had a great room, spacious, wonderful view, bathrobes available, lots of amenities, good breakfast

Clean rooms with large windows. Great garden with pool, the sauna area with 3 different saunas was amazing. Rich breakfast options.
The interior design of the hotel was rather conservative.
I really like the jacuzzi pool, indoor pool and outdoor pool. very comfortable bed. the room is clean

Personnel was great and cleanliness of the hotel was fabulous.
They were not very understanding and helpful when I asked for dates change, even though it was possible as I found out later.

I did not realize that much older people book this type of hotel, which made me feel a bit I am in the wrong place, but it was only for one night, and there were no issues at all.
Could be more choices for children. I was missing pancakes with nuttela.
