We waited until16:50 for check In because the room wasn¿t ready, the phone didn¿t work neither did the safe, the receptionist Miguel was very cordial but could help because the supervisor wouldn¿t come in until 20:00. We came back and they switched rooms

The tv in the room 203 was a 14¿ which is extremely small for a tv. The noise levels from the road are high for a second floor.

It is a good quality hotel and had an excellent location for my travel. The staff was friendly and the room was as I expected. (clean, large and it has a nice balcony.)

A caffee pot in the room would be useful.

Love the terrace so much. The room was clean, bed is comfy, the staff are nice. Definitely worth it and would recommend.

Quite far from restaurants

I arrived and was greeted warmly by the reception staff. The hotel was clean and in a convenient location (for myself) I was given room 105,

I was given room 105, the hotel was empty I hardly slept as the room I was in was directly above the area where the staff must sit and talk during the night. I mentioned when checking out thst as the hotel was empty any other room would have been better.I spoke to the manager/I was told that they would take the feedback onboard. I wasn’t offered any discount/voucher, I was even asked for the €2.50 for a bottle of water I received the previous night! A nice hotel with nice staff, however I felt I wasn’t listened to and I really couldn’t understand the choice of room given thst the hotel was completely empty.

It was clean and cozy. Not noisy and the staff was polite and helpful. Good location, near Porto. I recommend and will recommend to my foreigner friends

The garage is not easy to access and the gate didn't always work the first timeThe bed is not comfortable, the toilet can use an upgrade.

Old rooms, a little bit demaged, not very varied breakfast

The hotel is in a nice setting but fairly remote with nothing much around it unless you're willing to drive somewhere. The shower is powerful which is nice. Aircon was fabulous. There was a balcony which was a nice touch and the view to the countryside was good. Its fine if you're looking for somewhere quiet to stay and don't mind travelling around for food etc.

The breakfast was very basic. There were no restaurant facilities. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room but there is a fridge. There is a lack of plug sockets in the room too. The holder for the shower head in the bathroom was loose so the shower would shoot up to the ceiling when turned on. Fortunately I was able to fix this myself. Bed wasn't the most comfortable but adequate.

Not worth it

The access to the park was difficult.The access to the garage did not work.For a 4 star hotel, not great. The hairdryer did not work properly and the room was not clean as should be, dust on the floors. The TV was very old and so the image was not great, they did not offer things like cream or cotton swab which i would expect in a 4 star hotel. And the gel offered for hair and body was terrible.The room does not isolate the sound and I woke up several times during the night with cars in the street and people in the corridors.For the price paid it is not worth it.

Helpful and friendly staff, variety of choice for breakfast and balcony view is amazing.

Garage parking was too small, had to use the outdoor parking spaces, in a remote location and bathroom door wouldn't perfectly shut.

Nothing in particular, except the convenient varanda which is a good point for smokers.

Very few parking spaces in front. Very small extra parking spaces. Rooms have no blackout curtains so you can easily wake up as soon as light floods in in the morning.

Price is good

It was noisy place to sleep
