Defected machine with drinks, but it was only small issue

Location was nice and the breakfast was good.

While there was a restaurant in the hotel the new owners closed it. There wasn’t any ice. No air conditioning and it was very hot. The manager wasn’t empathetic and I’d suggest another hotel.

Very friendly staff. Nice room. Toilet/bath on the smaller side but everything was good.

Simple, clean, easy checkin process explanation by phone, customer friendly receptionist and straightforward communication

I like the location of this hotel. The breakfast was good. Front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The free parking was a bonus!!This hotel made our visit to Coburg enjoyable!!

Location, room size, cleanliness

Staff!I emailed them of late arrival notice. ..and gals were already leaving for the day when I arrived without any check in instructions and their reason? My email was in English ?....so be careful if you arrive past 7.59pm because nobody might be there..

Nice location and walking distance to Bahn hof and the Stadt. FREE PARKING! Big, clean and warm rooms maybe a little too warm. Small but new looking reception and restaurant areas. Friendly receptionists and staff.

The fridges are empty so if you arrive late you must go downstairs to buy water. And you must have loose cash because the machine doesn't have card payment option

Staff was very friendly. Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast and coffee was nice. Free parking behind the hotel. Only 10 minutes walk from the old town.

Was only missing some drinks in the minibar and some nice amenity kit(body cream, nice soaps, shampoo etc) there were some small bottles of bodywash/shampoo but very basic)

The hotel is charming and we were given room #105, a suite with a sunroom. So nice! The bathroom was large as well. Breakfast was good and the receptionist was very helpful. Parking was in an outside lot next to the building.

There were elevators inside the hotel, but we had to carry our suitcases up the outside stairs into the building. It was a 10 minute walk to the old town area.

The atmosphere in the hotel was informal and I quite liked this approach. However it is professionally run and a good hotel.

A better briefing on times when reception was open and when we would need to use the rear entrance to enter.

Nice hotel at walking distance from the beautiful city centre of Coburg. Although located opposite the train station, we were not bothered by noise.

Free parking is always a bonus and it was in a good location. Out of town but easy to walk there. Breakfast was good with different options. Staff were friendly. Exceptionally good instructions and guidance provided for fire evacuations

Only one coffee machine at breakfast which for the size of hotel was very poor. You could wait 20 mins just to get a morning coffee. Rooms are warm as there is no aircon

Rooms are great and breakfast, too. The Staff is great.

The worst thing is to be without a front desk on the weekends from 4pm onwards. Front desk is what differentiates a hotel from other type of accommodations.

Great facility with a lovely breakfast, fine little Bavarian restaurant, free parking, and very helpful staff.

From the street it is 8 stairs to entrance and 10 stairs from parking lot. Made it difficult with luggage as we are both disabled. Breakfast basic.

The hotel is located right next to the train station, which was very convenient for me. As mentioned in other reviews, when the windows are closed, you don't hear the noise of the trains. The room is exactly as shown in the photographs, very clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff is extremely nice and friendly. I would happily stay here again.

Large room and bathroom. Clean and up to standards. Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient parking. Cosy traditional restaurant.
