Good location, very clean and the staff very attentive and accommodating

Breakfast was excellent but the dinner we had was disappointing .

We had never stayed at a spa and it was the correct choice for us.

Spa was a little worn out. Not all the showers worked.

Fabulous hotel with good facilities. Comfortable and clean . Tennis court and outdoor pool. I did pool is linked to the spa . Breakfast was good.

Penny pinching . Sign in the room said there was a tea bag charge if used extra. A charge for indoor pool. A charge to use tennis court even though we had our own equipment. Some staff were good some were not so good .

The location is good in relation to Alcobaca and surrounding areas.

The hotel is older and the pool area was under regular standard for a hotel with 4 stars. The breakfast was ok but they were unflexible with hours for early business travel.

A calm modern hotel with great spa facilities, easy to find and a good restaurant .

The food was spectacularly delicious! Your chef is amazing. We moved to Portugal from the US 2 years ago and we were so pleased to have dinners that were the perfectly sized, perfectly spiced and delicious. I am gluten free and I am grateful you had many options.

Everything was wonderful!

Huge swimming pool, tennis court, breakfast and spa (but the steam room was HS). Dinner (small portion but very good !)

Size of the room (very too small ; we asked for a bigger room during our stay).

The wonderful reclusion, I wonderful escape from the city noise & stress. The isolation & green all around was fabulous!The room was cosy and clean! The decoration is stoning. The massages are absolutely amazing, staff is highly qualified.

The only thing I was not happy with, was in regards to the restaurant “sentidos” - very disappointed (not related to the property)!The menu offers are very limited, as an example they only had peas or sweet potato mash - not everyone likes these options (normal mash is not available), no proper/ real fries or steak!

Nice location. Not far from highway, close to nature. Very quiet.Friendly staff. Swimming pool outside is great. Unfortanetely we were not able to use it due to bad weather.Dining room, reception and spa breath atmosphere.Overall breakfast was good.On check out the friendly staff member asked us detailed feedback which we appreciated (we communicated the working points).

Not all staff speak English well.Breakfast is scheduled in shifts due to lack of space. Second day we could not choose our preferred hour. We would have preferred to be asked hour of preferance for all days we stayed. First day eggs ans bacon at breakfast were cold. They forgot to activate the bain marie.Standard rooms are (too) small and outdated. They are not worth the price.

The spa not included in the price of the room, and not clearly stated before proceeding with the booking.The condition of the room was not even close to similar 4 stars in the region. Mold on the seiling, wall paper with humidity marks and peeling off, furniture with lots of dents and really poor condition... Lots of condensation on the windows...

Lovely stay, nice hotel with a nice ambience. Room was large and nicely decorated. Receptionist very nice and welcoming

Bathroom was a little tired. The Aircon didn't work for heating, even though the receptionist came up to reset it and assist us.

Breakfast was amazing. Staff was exceptional and accommodating to our last-minute booking and late arrival.

Spa facilities, clean all around.

Restaurant serves terrible food and expensive.Dont advice anyone to eat there!Real disapointment.

The room was very spacious with AC, extra pillows. The breakfast was diverse enough, with quality products.Staff were overall very competent and friendly, always available to help and clarifying in any doubt.The SPA personel were awesome!

There are some details maintenance wise that require some attention, as example in the Hidrotherapy SPA, some facilities were not working or working impropperly.It would be good to have a tea/coffee refil in the rooms.

The bed was really hard and the shower was broke.. The cleaning ladies must have seen this but didn't do anything to repair it
