Breakfast was very nice, I made a massage with Raquel and it was amazing. Very friendly staff. We look forward to return during summer time to try the outdoor pools. The landscape is amazing.

The temperature inside de indoor pool was too high and it felt uncomfortable.

Location is beautiful and very peaceful. Nice indoor and outdoor pools.

Some of the staff was nice, but some were also really not nice.The bungalow we stayed in was fine, but very basic for what you pay. Some items were missing in the kitchen (no cutting board, no sieve, etc)

Loved the staff, they were very helpfull, friendlly and respectfull.The food was superb! We dinner at the restaurant and it was very good!

The spa facilieties were closed, the sauna was closed.And the playgroung for kids.

The facilities are excellent. Difficult to find within the price range. Excellent place to stay.The dinner was amazing and a good price range for a hotel.

No negatives, maybe the breakfast can have gluten free / lactose free options.

I only stayed a night but the room was clean, and they made my dog welcome. Bed comfortable, good heating (much needed!).

Friendly staff, very accommodating. Allows dogs (we travel with ours). Good food at the restaurant. A very quiet & peaceful location.

The rural, peaceful location, with fantastic views. The included breakfast and convenience of on-site restaurant. The parking was excellent.

It’s a minor point, but the chlorine odour trapped in the indoor pool was very intense. Maybe a little more ventilation would be better. But it is just a thought not a real negative.

Outstanding place. Beautiful location set amongst a Vineyard. Need a car to get to. Lovely pool to relax in set amongst estate. Bungalows cute and have all kitchen facilities. Reception staff friendly and extremely helpful.

If we had received a warmer welcome on arrival I should probably have spent my time looking for all the good things rather than noticing quite a number of faults. We were a group of cyclists who arrived after 7-8 hours in the saddle. Arriving separately a number of us felt the welcome was perfunctory and that we were being processed rather than welcomed. (Why did you book these rooms? You must decide what time you want dinner.). So then you become more critical of the cabins, which are very much not 4 star (basic furnishings, poor lighting, no place for shampoos etc in the shower). When had the pool last been cleaned, and had no one noticed the dead shrew among the leaves? We should have been bigging up the incredible setting , the good dinner and the friendly people serving us.

The location was good for relaxing. The staff was friendly. The room was clean and safe. Liked the on property parking. Breakfast was good with many options. Good wi-fi.

The room did not prevent excessive noise from children running down hallways or talking and yelling at 22:30 and people talking even when windows were closed securely.

Excellent staff! Very very helpful, kind, concerned. Always happy to accommodate any requests. Restaurant was nice food, again excellent staff. Efficient. My only suggestion would be to broaden the menu with more chicken options;) But lovely food. Pools, little farm with farm animals which my daughter loved, a little river: stream ran through thr property. They had an ice cream counter which was amazing ?

I felt the location was a bit remote but having said that it was beautiful!

We could feel we were there in the off season.We had limited things like the bar.The breakfast is not so rich, The dinner was a bit expensive.

Good breakfast with great choice of fruits, beautiful view from the room-terrace, Possibility to charge the EV,

WLAN was a bit slow and didn´t allow the continous participation during the meeting.
