Amazing grounds, location and service

The buffet breakfast was exceptional, great selection, fresh, tasty, and they have great staff. Our room was huge! So clean, modern, and they have turn down service. They helped us with our bags and getting to the room. This is top tier!

The staff is amazing. The location and resort are exceptional.

Our apartment was outside the main property. It was a bit uncomfortable with 2 small children.

After a long time, I have experienced proper 5 star experience and service. Other 5 star hotels and resorts could learn from the Vila Vita Experience. Great job by the staff at the check-in, concierge and the waiting staff at all the restaurants and bars. We really enjoyed our visit to Vila Vita Parc and this will definitely not be our first and last visit. The rooms are very good sized, very well furnished, and are cleaned 2-3 times a day. The check-in and check-out was smooth as silk. The dining areas and the menus are pretty good. I didnt try the Michelin star restaurant, Ocean, but the other restaurants were good especially the Italian restaurant, Giardino. The drinks and snacks are expensive but worth the value as the services and ambiance is a great value add. We stayed for almost a week and enjoyed every day of the stay. Excellent experience. I will be a customer for the coming years.

The Japanese restaurant, Mizu, could be better though as it felt a tab out of sync with its Japanese cuisine vs the ambiance.

The property is amazing. You could spend a week there without leaving the grounds and not run out of things to do. The kids loved it as well. Not a brand new property, but extremely well-maintained and super clean. Excellent restaurants (except the Japanese one).

We stayed at one of the apartments, which is outside the property, and a bit too far for comfort. The apartment itself was dated, though very comfortable and clean. The Japanese restaurant is outrageously expensive and not very good. The prices at this place are brutal.

The resort is sparking beautiful and wonderful to stay.

The front desk staffs were not 1, I got there around 12:30 to check in, and the receptionist said the room would be ready soon. But I didn’t get to check in until after 3. I asked twice while waiting, and both times they said, “Just 20 more minutes,” which turned out to be false hope — I just kept waiting.The worst part was that after I got to my room, it took them exactly an hour to bring my luggage — even though the place is just an 8-minute walk away!2. The next day, I took the shuttle to the beach club, but when I got there, they told me there was a private event, so guests from Vita Villa Resort couldn’t use it. I understand things like that can happen, but I don’t understand why the staff didn’t inform us beforehand. For a resort that’s so well-equipped, I couldn’t help feeling — right up until check-out — that the staff training was seriously lacking.

We went for our 10th Anniversary in early Sept. Amazing property, wonderful breakfast (they have different menus at the two main spots so take a walk), tremendous staff. Great diversity in food choices. The cliff walk adjacent to the property is also wonderful so don't forget to check it out. Next town is walkable via cliff walk, but kinda a dump, did enjoy Sardinha Asada for a beer/grilled sardine with an amazing view which is closest external dining option. I was a little worried that it may be dated/too big, but property is in excellent shape and size is all manageable as long as you are not limited in mobility. Spa is nice but not world class. It is very hilly, so may not be a great choice if limited. Wonderful luxury vacation as long as you don't mind spending the money, they are going to kill you in all the places you expect, but no surprises. Overall very impressed.

The breakfast amenity was perfect. The only thing I would love to have is a brunch option or late breakfast for those of us who love to sleep in while on vacation. I also loved that you had indoor air conditioning option available for during the hot months.

The staff were exceptional. They gave up the warmest welcome on arrival and the service continued throughout our stay. The rooms were clean. Great options for restaurants. The beach on location and infinity pool were wonderful. Best choice staying at this resort. This is a true 5 star resort.

Nothing. Everything was perfect. Maybe a dedicated bookshop onsite would be a great addition.

We have stayed at many 5 Star accommodations, but Vila Vita Parc surpassed them all. Starting with the welcoming staff, moving to the beauty of the rooms, the beauty of the grounds, the utmost care shown to guest comfort, several restaurants to choose from, a divine breakfast, transportation around the large property. The pools were inviting and sparkling clean. There was also an adults' pool (under age 12 not allowed) which is appreciated. Beautiful views, beautiful everything.

The property and overall experience was incredible. We loved the pools, the restaurants and food, the staff, the exercise room, and the tennis courts. The complimentary breakfast was spectacular, so fresh and beautifully arranged. We were also thrilled with the tennis pro Guilherme, a top Portuguese player, who provided lessons for our son. We had an incredible stay at this spectacular property and would definitely return!

The grounds are beautiful and out of this world! While we were very comfortable in our apartment the furniture and interior could use a refresh and update. The apartment and furniture looked a bit dated and not on the exceptional quality that the grounds, gardens and hotel were overall. With that said, we were very comfortable so this is just a kind suggestion.

We had a wonderful stay! The included breakfast was superb, and we especially appreciated that one of the breakfast options was served until 11:00 AM - perfect for a more relaxed morning. Our spacious room featured a convenient kitchenette, and the heated towel racks and bathroom floor added a touch of luxury. We also loved the thoughtful details, like the stylish straw beach bags available for guest use. The property boasts several beautiful pools set among stunning gardens, all with breathtaking views. Highly recommended for a comfortable and scenic getaway.

Wish we could have had a queen size bed instead of twin beds pushed together. A luggage rack would have been a nice touch.

Facilities, service and the fact that it was not too busy. Felt very relaxing to be there. Special touches like bubbles and sweets/fruit in the room.

Sometimes staff were a bit slow. We asked for an iron and ironing board which didn’t arrive. Often the phone for reception/guest services was engaged so we couldn’t get through. Our key card didn’t work a few times for the outside door so had to go to reception. Shampoo etc ran out and we had to chase to get refills.

The large room with garden views in the Residence was excellent. We were frustrated to be some distance from the room given to the rest of our family.

The restaurant service standards have fallen from our previous stay at Vila Vita. The exception being Giardino and Bella Vista for breakfast. We had poor service in Whale, Adega and we never returned for breakfast at Atlantico - the coffee never arrived. We weren't alone - others complained of waiting over 40 minutes. We ended up cancelling reservations for the last 3 evenings and found good restaurants outside within a 10 minute walk and much better value.

I don't know where to begin...Right from check-in, the staff were so accommodating, obliging and helpful.Our every request was accommodated. Above all, being our wedding Anniversary, they kept the Wine Cellar restaurant open only for Us,. Apparently, it was closed for the day. This is something which will go down memory lane and will gravitate us to Vila Vita again! I wish to take this opportunity to Thank each and every staff member personally, for making our stay and wedding anniversary one for the records! Highly recommend Vila Vita Parc.. Looking forward to returning! Thanks once again!?
