Not 24 all inc at all

It's not 24 hrs all inclusive at all. Restaurant are open just in meal times and it's just one restaurant open. I think the rest of restaurant open just in busy time. We asked for safe box, they asked a new charge. It was funny. There were a drunk person in midnight was fighting loudly and in one hr nobody could stop him at 3:00 am

Well located, close to a nice beach. Lots of entertainment options. Perfect for families with kids. The food was very good, with changing menus every day.

Some of the entertainment options (games) were not working. Also some gym equipment was broken (however it was fixed after advising the staff).

We stayed in the hotel in June, 2025. That was not our first visit in Algarve and I could state that up to now that is the best experience. We really enjoyed: rooms were clean and big enough to accommodate all of us (2 adults and 2 kids), pool and other facilities were clean and the food was truly exceptional.

Staff members at the reception could have been a bit friendlier. They behave like we were supposed to know everything about the hotel and its rules which, obviously, was not true. Nothing rude or even abusing, but normally expects a bit more hospitality.

I have never been to an all-inclusive hotel that is as clean as Ukino Palmeiras Village. Even during rush hour at different meal times, the staff is incredibly efficient; I was astonished. Things can get messy with families and kids, but they definitely make sure everything runs as smoothly as possible. The animation team/entertainment is pretty good too. We liked the fact that there's a different theme for dinner every day.

The only thing I would point out is that the rooms are not very well insulated. I would wake up every now and then with someone talking in the corridor or bumping into the door. But aside from that, it was a near-perfect stay. I would recommend it and hopefully come back with my family.

A lot of entertainment for kids.The pools are very clean and in general the whole facilities are very clean.Staff was great except some few exceptions.5 min walk to the nearest beach/ bay.

The breakfast was very good but the lunch/dinner was okay however not really great.The pool at least for the kids could have been heated a little bit because it was still cold.

It were hard to find a place as many people and there were no sunbeds free.

The room is spacious and functional; food is plenty with good variety; did not get to use the pool as the water temperature is still cold. all inclusive perks; food can be accessed anytime; entertainment in the lounge area is decent

nothing to dislike; everything we needed was there.

We liked the facilities overall, the staff was always very nice and helpful, the food was good and diverse.

The only thing we didn't like was the fact that part of the activities the kids were supposed to do at the kids club were cancelled and we were not informed about it in advance, for some of them kids going there on purpose. The beds were not very comfortable and with air conditioning turned off during the night it was becoming too hot in the room.

We had a great stay at Ukino Palmeiras Village – 24h All Inclusive. The hotel was exceptionally clean, with all areas—from the rooms to the poolside—well-maintained and spotless. The buffet was rich and varied, offering plenty of options for every meal, catering to different tastes and dietary needs.One of the highlights was the 24-hour snack bar, which was super convenient, especially for late-night cravings or a quick bite between meals.If you're looking for high-end alcoholic drinks, you might be a bit underwhelmed—the selection is basic and not particularly strong in terms of quality—but this didn't take away much from the overall experience.Overall, it's a solid all-inclusive option with great food, cleanliness, and service.

It was clean, the staff was so nice and kind and buffet was 8/10.

The food was good entertainment good then it disappeared to different location we did not know where it was as signs very bad. Didt know where gym was very hard to find places.

Changing location for restaurant very badly marked signs were bad. Restaurant on second floor you come out to the landing and you meet two brown emergency doors not sure to open them. We met a old lady very upset looking for restaurant when I pulled the door open I said this what your looking for she just smiled.

Friendly and helpful staff Clean, comfortable rooms with a balcony. Twin sinks! Great selection of food. There's something for everyone. Huge range of fresh fruit and salads. Easy check in and out. Great little shop in the hotel, a little expensive but convenient. Variety of cocktails, one type of beer & cider both nice. Beer, Red, white & Róse wine on tap in the restaurants, self service. Cider only available at the pool bar. 40 minutes from Faro airport. Private taxi was €44 on Booking.com each way for 3 passengers. 20 minutes to the old town. Uber was between €10-€12. Couldn't fault anything. Will definitely return!

not enough entertainment for children

We had a lovely swift check-in on the morning we arrived. Hotel is lovely and they had love theme as the week finished out for St Valentine's week. We had a ramble around getting our footing in the hotel then went for lunch. Room is very nice that we stayed in. Spacious enough however to have maybe a small 2 seater in it. We upgraded our drinks package with Helenas help and with a note of advice that due to the ongoing refurbishments and the off season some aspects of the upgrade were not available. We understood and pressed on. Throughout the week, we met Sub - Chefe Ana, Diana, Yapushna(sorry for the misspelling) Junior, Hermenal and any more. Filipa is a great Client Relations Manager and we spoke in the hotel about the stay the hotel and the people who work there. The food was lovely fresh and hot. Missed the ol ribs off the menu though ?2 negatives I would have to say about the Hotel. The first is that there's no mention to the mobility impaired as they might find the area difficult Sadly the second one is the entertainment team. Yhey had a programme and on 2 occasions we waited with intention to take part in the games. We managed to get to take part in 1 game poolside. It was literally to guess how many rooms are in the hotel. The evenings there was kids disco and then a quiz. No live shows or anything of that nature. I have travelled to a lot of hotels in my time but I honestly felt this was the poorest showing of an entertainment team I have come across in an all inclusive hotel. We did see them around the hotel and poolside and then they did Houdini. They didn't come around to ask guests to take part in any of the activities. So this part was my disappointment.

The breakfast was good. The staff was excellent and courteous. Room services was excellent and pool was also good. The hotel is very close to beach.

There was not that much option of Halal. We generally tried fish and veg.The water slide was very basic .

absolutely loved the hotel , the staff were so friendly and nice. hotel itself was so clean. the rooms are so comfortable and clean. pool areas so big and enough sun lounges for everyone. the evening entertainment was superb. the slides in the second pool was so much fun. food was so tasty and plenty choice. the area itself is lovely with a short walk to a beach that's so nice. this is our second visit and 100% will be back.
