The owners were very nice. Kitchen and bathroom were recently renovated.Pets are allowed.Restaurants were close.

The apartment was musty with visible moisture rings in a few corners.A sliding glass door lock was broken the entire stay.WiFi - read the descriptions carefully, extra payment, "because we can't have Wi-Fi in every unit".Value for the money was not there.

Very spacious villa style apartment with 2 bathrooms in a good neighborhood.The pool and common area are very nice, free parking right in front of your home.

You have to plan at least 1 hour or more of driving time to Portimao and Lagos, especially if you have timed boat rides.

there was a lot of space for 4 people with 2 rooms and i loved the 2 bathrooms and spacious kitchen. also you could havea BBQ in the rooftop

Good location to go in different directions to nearby towns, beaches, rock formations Great apartment. Nice kitchen with good oven. Washing machine. Quiet place. Beautiful street. Nice swimming pool. Relaxing between palm trees. Birds sounds.

One night there was a lot of noise . The manager had spoken to the people to keep it quiet. Luckily. It was only one night of 8 nights. If it wasn’t from that noise, I would give this place a 10/10..

The Appt we were in was on a small Urbanisation with a mixture of privately owned and Turquintas owned. Parking more or less outside of your Appt ( ours was upstairs - 10 steps). Gardens in immediate area ( we had a small dog so he made use of the grassed area). Great greeting from hosts at Reception, map of local area provided and reassurance if any questions etc. We were informed at this point that our small dog was not allowed anywhere in pool, communal garden, bar, reception or restaurant area - just the Appt and immediate garden area. Therefore we were not able to sample the restaurant and had to rely on leaving him in the room for 2 hours ( not a problem with our dog but maybe for others - Per Policies should be published I full). We had a large North facing appt with airier to dry washing/ swim wear. Appt (no. 74B) was old-fashioned and needs updating to make it a fabulous Appt. Good A/C, full kitchen with hob ( no oven), basic toaster, kettle and other basic requirements ( no cleaning products), lge Fridge/freezer, coffee maker old- style filter type. Large comfy pillows on king sized bed. Great location to drive to Armaseo de Petra - 6 mins drive or 30 mins walk, free parking if early, at least 3 beautiful (packed) beaches, nice bars/ restaurants, long promenade. Pet Policy - most we have paid on our 4000km road trip at €20 per night and tight restrictions which resulted in us not using the bar or restaurant. Therefore, probably would not revisit this property due to poor quality Appt unless updates were done ( our issues reported direct to the hosts) however location and pool area fantastic.

Restrictions with dogs/pets (which could be less restrictive and managed by responsible owners) Appts need updating - they sitting on a gold mine if this is done

Great staff who were extremely friendly and accommodating. We had a wonderful stay there and would stay again

Fantastic location, very near so many lovely beaches. Felt safe at all times, large supermarket nearby plus walkable to town for bars and restaurants. Good sized apartment, beautiful shared pool and surrounding area. Only saw 1 mosquito in 9 days! Saw more monarch butterflies. Regular cleaning.

Double bed was rather hard and squeaky. Would benefit from some minor plumbing fixes. Basics like salt, pepper, oil, washing up liquid would have been nice.

The pool area and the size of the apartment, it's in close proximity to a beautiful secluded beach and 3 mins by car to the bigger Señora da Rocha beach, 7-10 mins walk to a big supermarket.Staff were very friendly and helpful, what I believe was the owner kindly allowed us to check out a bit later and to use the pool for the whole day prior to our flight back. The reception lady and the restaurant staff were very nice too. The apartment was clean and new towels were provided every 2 days, while the rooms were cleaned and bed made every day. Thanks!

The apartment's size was very spacious and looking over the pool, however it certainly needs a freshen up as it's extremely old fashioned, alongside the restaurant that has decorations from 70's. The place has got immense potential, but it would be great if they could invest in a refurbishment as it's quite worn out. I'm sure if they are able to do some reparing works and update the style -even simply painting doors and furniture white!- that would give it a different feel.

Everything was very old, definitely not worth of a price, reception was not welcoming.

The location was very peaceful, which i liked and the staff in the Restaurant were very nice. a young man during the day and a lady in the evening, both so polite and helpful a real credit to this place.

the only thing was quite a few ants in the kitchen, but this was only a small thing

Lack of amenities: no soap, no fairy, no hairdryer, no nothing...I was told that superior villas were all refurbished, however it wasnt probably the case with ours. Living room and kitchen were ok but bedrooms and bathrooms were a bit old

The host was very nice and helpful. The house was close to a nice little beach.It has a washing machine that could be handy.

The main issue was with the air conditioning. The flat did not have one, thus it was extremly hot even during the night. The furniture is really old, it needs at least a refurbishment.

Spacious apartments and very clean. The pool and the staff are a big plus!

It’s far from a nice city center.

The staff were so friendly and nothing was too much to ask for. There were plenty of sun beds and didn’t have to go up early to get one. The villa was lovely plenty of room. We had a2 bed and it could have fit 6 easily. Very clean with plenty of towels. Kitchen was well equipped and very modern. I would stay here again.

A bit too expensive. Only basic access to toiletries like soaps and towels. TV and WI-FI is weak.
