There was no kettle.

Easy to find. Simple check in and out.

Great value hotel, It was warm, comfortable, had a great nights sleep, perfect location to stay at after seeing a concert at Crossroads. Breakfast was simple but filling.

A receptionist as I struggled with the log in, the software wasn't well done. But at the price I fully understand

Two flights of stairs up which was a nuisance with loaded bicycles. We asked before about a place for bikes but got no useful reply

very poorly equipped room, 1 plug socket, small shower, smelly room, people next room smoking and it came through ventilation in the bathroom, when people smoking outside it came into the room even when I closed the door and window, I will never stay again and probably not use Premier Class again for fear of the same issues

Staff were very helpful good price for booking early.

Not the best of rooms. Sink cracked. Needs a new toilet and desperately needs a coat of paint

The price and proximity to the beach

The room was not properly clean and smelled like there has been a party the night before. The beds are too old, it looked like an old "premiere classe" hotel, certainly needs a complete revamp because it is outdated. Not enough electric plugs to charge 3 mobile phones, again old style..Also during our stay 8 police vans stayed over night with armed officers close to our room. To be honest I didn’t feel too comfy about this, at all, I would have preferred to be notified about this and given the option to cancel. I understand police on the road have to slee somewhere but I felt very very uncomfortable sleeping with my family sourrounded by weapons.

My son and me were passing through and stayed one night at the premier classe Angoulins. Super Value for money, clean and friendly staff. It is simple room with a TV, toilet and shower combined.There are electric charging stations in the parking lot which we did not use.

The vending machine for beverages in the entrance did not work properly with cards.

Good location

Receptionist very welcoming. Room and bathroom quite small especially for 3 people making it quite claustrophobic , bathroom ok, room was noisy, air conditioning didn't work making sleeping at the top very warm. Could do with modernisation. Breakfast ok bread, cereal, a butter, jams, also a toaster which was good. Good location with Buffalo Grill opposite.

As a budget bikepacker, this basic, good value for money, compact room was adequate for me. It was comfortable, with private bathroom and TV. It kept me dry during some wet days in October

Clean, quiet location with window open all night, comfortable bed.

Shower head holder broken, shower flooded bathroom, toilet seat broken, dirty towel supplied, socket nowhere near bedside across doorway, slippy floor, poor breakfast.

Air conditioning was on point and establishment is quiet and has a comfortable bed. The stuff is helpful and nice

Quite a bit of road noise as the hotel is next to the main road, rooms open out directly on to the outside walkway.

Late check till 20.30. Room is clean. Everything works good. Free parking.

Rooms are really small. Noise from autobahn.Breakfast consists of bread(few types) with honey or marmelade(few types). I expected at least eggs and some kind of meat/sausage.

Cheap,easy check in/out,clean. The beach Angoulins 7-8 min by car

Really small and located near the road so it’s loud in the night

Not value for money. Strong smoking smell in both rooms we used. Overall hotel look not good. Shower in bad shape. Not very quiet (cars by the highway, neighbours)
