Great location, interconnecting rooms for our kids. Comfy beds. The restaurant is nice.

Its very basic (as advertised), no kettle or fridge however the main thing is that our rooms were really hot and the weather wasn't especially hot when we were there. It would have been very uncomfortable if it had been over 25 degrees.

The cleanliness and the reactivity of the staff upon problems. They changed our room as the WC was broken.

Room too simple for the price . No fan, no A/C no minibar, room too warm. Tv with a very bad Network.

The two gentlemen who worked there didn’t seem to care.The room was a box. It was grotty. Not sure what rooms others have booked that have left good comments but we definitely were checked into a bad one. No soap for the bathroom sink, shower was extremely small, no kettle, one paper cup, one mug, no fan, no air cond, floor wasn’t swept etc. We travel a lot and can confirm that for this price point, this place is way off the mark. Wouldn’t recommend or stay again especially for the price.

Bedding was awful and soundproofing is non existed. We could hear literally the conversation of people staying 2 rooms away

Breakfast too expensive for what it was (very basic baguette with jam+ a yogurt). For 12 Eur/person/day you would expect more choices (like maybe cheese, eggs, vegetables or fruits). We spent 72 Eur over the weekend for baguette with jam, felt too expensive. Grumpy older staff during breakfast service, (young staff nice though).

Location, food, a nice boutique hotel

A rude and unprofessional front of house female staff member. On a Monday evening, we came down for dinner for 2 ( we did not have a restaurant reservation). While we explained we were hotel residents, sadly we were made to feel really unwelcome, like problem guests. We walked elsewhere to eat dinner and for breakfast the next morning. An unpleasant experience to end our Ille de Re holiday stay. Why does a French restaurant supervisor feel it is okay to treat visiting customers this way?

Helpful staff, clean simple rooms in the heart of the town. Would come back again for sure. Breakfast was simple but adequate.

Dining room decor and design wasn't to my liking. No one used it when I was there and ussed the outside space anyway.
