Location in the center of Elblag, very convenient. Spacious building and clean room. Delicious buffet breakfast with a wide variety of choice. Friendly and helpful staff.

The location was right in the middle of the old town, lot of different places to eat and drink. You didn't need to worry about handing back keys or a key card as the rooms opened by a keypad, the code are sent to you on the day of arrival. Breakfast service was nice and good choice of food.

Our bed was a spring mattress on a wooden bed frame, it was very noisy every little move would make it squeak. It would have also been nice to have blackout blinds in the bedroom as in summer months the room becomes light very early from 3.30am

The location of the hotel is perfect at the entry to the Old Town that is very interesting Hansa style unfortunately damaged during the WWII. Parking has been quite good at the public parking lot next to the hotel. Breakfast was very good, indeed plus staff friendly.

Property is conveniently located in stare miasto. Very clean. Staff was superb and very helpful. Professional. This location will be in my consideration in future visits to Elblag.

Hotel in convenient place to explore Elblag. Car parking in street, if you came late, its free. Tasty breakfast.

Room meets expectations, was clean and comfy :) Haven't try their breakfast. I liked arrangements of furniture. Internet is fast so good for working if you need.

No dedicated parking or spots for hotel is not good and there is only some space to leave your car. Walls are thin you can hear your neighbours :D

Location, right in the center, reception spoke good English and German

The curtains were transparant so at 4am it was bright light in the room. That’s what bothered me most. Especially, since other travellers had mentioned this in their rating and one would think that this not so costly improvement could be made.The bed was kind of low, for me it was ok but elderly people may find this difficult. Bathroom: one of those sinks where you have to squeeze your head under the tray to wash your face.

Friendly and accommodating staff, location perfect! Breakfast was good, room was clean, hotel has elevator, that is good for old town hotels!

Location is absolutely great, near parking and many restaurants. Room was clear, on TV was TVP SPORT so all what I need :) All was good! City is lovely so in the future I come back here with family!

Design of the room/canteen (very dark) and the fact that staff was available only till 8:00 PM. After that, there was nobody in there.

Missing litter basket in room. Carpet needs cleaning. Usually in other hotels the room is cleaned after a first night sleeping on it.

Reception lady didn't speak in English, only primitive sentences and partly switched to German despite of the fact we don't understand German.We booked a room for one night with breakfest for 2 adults and children(6 yo) and our children staid for free. That's great but at the hotel we were suprised that breakfest for children is not included and we need to pay aditionally and in booking it was not written. As we were informed from reception lady we are not the first and not the last guests who are suprised and dissapointed about this fact but hotel is not solving this problem. Room was clear but techically really used- shower was poor and one light near to bed didn't work.

The main bed needs new mattress, the existing had low quality.

Great room (might feel small for 2 people but enough for sleep). Good breakfasts.Great staff.

The mattresses are strangely soft.
