Comfortable, well maintained and quiet room. Splendid range of options at breakfast. Close to centre and local transport options. Staff made me most welcome and were very helpful at all points of contact. Would stay again, if in this area.

Simplicity and practicality of the room. Central location of the hotel. Staff were helpful and forthcoming. The room clean. Tasty breakfast with moderate variety.

The location was super close to the train station and the main street. The breakfast was good, many choices. The heating was good, the room was always clean. There was hot water any time of day or night. The Netflix was on television.

Breakfast was good and breakfast staff was friendly.

We were given a double room (room 501) that smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. Upon calling the reception to change the room I was told that this was the only (!) double room available in this hotel (which has at least 80 rooms). Hard to believe. We aired out the room as best we could but even the curtains smelled. Our clothes smelled of cigarette smoke days after our stay.

Good value for money! Located just 5 minutes walking from the train station and right in the middle of the city center. Breakfast was very good!

Bed and pillow could be more comfy, but overall its ok.

We stayed for one night as a stopover to take rest with one year old kid- Good breakfast- Decent room with no balcony- Location is great(Center of the city)- Staff are good and helpfulNote - Comparing to the cost of the stay near by this is not value for the money.

I liked the breakfast. It was really good. The room inside was clean, just the windows weren't clean. The view was very nice from the 10 floor.

The room was with old furniture. The bed wasn't comfortable. It was very soft. And everything needs a renovation. It was clean but the windows weren't clean.

The receptionist was very nice, took the time to help me with restaurant choices, and helped me with my labrador dog..and smiled...Very much appreciated after a long day...

The noise from the town drunks in the main street nearby. but it wasn't for long....

It is better as it looks. Rooms are spacious, beds comfortable, secure free parking, good breakfast .

The hotel is located in the city centre close to the rail station. Very friendly staff and good breakfast. The room is calm and clean.

No air-conditioning and ventilation in a bathroom. So, I needed to open the door and the window each time after shower.

It is not acceptable to offer such as rooms with bedbugs.

There were bedbugs in my room. Therefore I had to change the hotel.

The staff is really kind and breakfast is great! And they offer secure bike lockup in a room inside the hotel! City/valley view was amazing. Photos are from my room.

The breakfast was very nice and complete. The room was comfortable. The location of the hotel is nice, close to all points of interest for a short stay. We could store our bikes inside the hotel, for security.

doors had an ordinary door-handle so anyone could just walk in if you didn't lock your self in from inside using the key.The corridors often smelled of cigarets The navigation from car park to a lift was difficult - more signposting needed here and also carpark is very dark

Soap and body wash dispensers look weird and arr uncomfortable to use. I also didn't understand why hotel required my registration address; I'm against sharing personal info without any need
