Logis Hôtel de L'Océan

One of our favorite overnight stays while cycling La Velodysee route through France. Our room was very comfortable and wonderfully quiet. The restaurant was superb for both dinner and breakfast. The staff was exceptional and bike storage facilities were quite good. The surrounding area was beautiful and relaxing.

Secure storage for my bicycle in a garage about 10m from the hotel. The lady that met me by the side door was friendly and professional.

The hotel was effectively shut - no reception, no bar, no restaurant…. Essentially just a room with none of what you would expect from a fully functioning hotel. You had to let yourself in with a code emailed to you.Breakfast….. only available from 8.00am was just ok but nothing memorable. The room was small for one person even though it was a double. Also Moliets-et-Maa is having a major face lift so the resort is basically a building site

Wonderful location next to a fabulous beach. Staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable Food in the restaurant is incredible with fresh seafood dishes and traditional dishes and breakfast had a good selection.

The location and the food was exceptional

The bed had a shelf behind it so it was difficult to sit up in bed. It was also expensive.

Location is excellent. You could really not be closer to the beach with only a couple of surf shops and a couple of eateries in a sort of clearing between you and the beach..Good choice of beers in the restaurant and pretty good food though not inspirational. Breakfast buffet nice coffee and fair choice of offerings.Oh yes the shower! No review could leave out the lights that change colour in the showerhead - certainly the first time I have had one of these. The staff are very friendly. The rooms compact but more than functional for a surf-type getaway. They have wifi though I don't think they make a bit point of it.

Ok it's not state of the art or mega comfy but it's the sort of place you go to sleep in after a day of surfing or cycling or whatever. For this it is fine. Even has air conditioning. Bed was comfortable enough. Disco showers would by my one line summary and if that sounds fun then this is the hotel for you.

Great location and very quiet.

The staff were borderline unfriendly, and it felt nearly uncomfortable dealing with most of them bar one. It's a pity because it's a great place, but the staff could do with learning how to engage with a smile instead of a frown with their guests.

Very good location for the cycle route Vélodysée.. easy to find. Closest hotel to the beaches. Clean, comfortable beds. Safe bike storage. Friendly, welcoming staff. Great vegan café just down the road.

The staff is fabulous. The food is wonderful. What else do you need.

There is no elevator. It's only one floor up so no big deal

The location was perfect (right next to the beach). The rooms are large. The private terrace/outside area was large and very conveniant. Having a fridge in the room was also big plus. Lastly, the cleaning staff was very friendly!!!

The bathroom did not match the photo on the website and on the app. The outside door to the terrace did not lock. There was no microwave. The pillows were bad. The restaurant times and offerings were inconvenient for small children. There wasn't a door between the rooms.

the only not so nice thing was the persisting smell in the bathroom... opening windows was helping but they should find a solution for this room (room 20)

Excellent location next to one of the most beautiful beeches, surfers paradise. Not luxurious but more then enough for nature and waves lovers. Nice, clean and specious room and very good restaurant. Free parking.

Hotel is right beside the beach with a great restaurant. Room was newly renovated with nice windows and a lot of space. Very comfortable. Staff were helpful with storing our bicycles as we were cycling La Vélodysée.

No problems with our stay.

Perfect location 100 yards from the beach, very friendly staff and excellent food. A real gem.
