Pros +
- I attended an event in the hotel, so the location was of convenience to me. The hotel room as such was rather basic, but that was in line with my expectations for the Ibis hotel chain. The breakfast was really nice, also the food served in the hotel was delicious. The staff was nice too. Parking was plentiful and free of charge and the location was easily accessible from the highway.

- The staff are very friendly . Also very good when travelling with a small dog.
Cons -
- The hotel is located in a residential district rather far from the harbour, so transport was a bit of an issue.
- No complaints at all
- The swimming pool is rather small

The swimming pool is rather small
Fun & playful hotel with friendly staff, lovely pool in the back, fantastic (cheap) breakfast, lots of free parking upfront, comfortable room with fast internet. Also really pet welcoming as they have quite a bit of park around the premises to let the dog out briefly.
Nothing actually!
Close and safe private parking, suite location, nice staff and clean rooms
We wanted to stay close to Arcachon but not in the city itself, so we could explore the area and visit the Dune of Pilat, Bordeaux, and Le Phare du Cap Ferret. For our needs, the location of this hotel was perfect. We also enjoyed the breakfast. Although it was simple and had the same buffet every day, the quality of the products was very good, and we didn't get tired of it during our three-day stay.Lastly, the hotel has an indoor cat named Cachou, an absolute sweetheart and truly the hotel's master. She brought us many joyous moments and enjoyment.
I would organize the gym a bit differently. When we visited the hotel, the gym had a treadmill, a stepper, an exercise bike, and a multi-functional power station. There was too much cardio equipment, so I would suggest replacing the stepper or the exercise bike with a simple rack of dumbbells and a mat.
Extremely welcoming and the food was wonderful
The quality of the towels and the fact no hand towels in room just bath ones
Very good
TV..... Could not cast a screen or play Netflix Amazon prime etc.
Great location, funky small hotel. Good breakfast.
Booked dinner in the grill restaurant. Lots of items already sold out at 8 pm, what we did get to eat was pretty basic. Not enough staff - receptionist also had to cover the bar, service was very slow.

The group of cyclists really enjoyed their stay at the Ibis hotel. It has a more relaxed feel than other Ibis hotels, The hotel had a young "vibe" to it with surfboards etc in the lobby and young staff who were really helpful. We booked a meal in the hotel restaurant which was good value and the breakfast was well worth the money. The hotel staff sorted out a room for all our bikes to be stored over night.
Everything went well. The arrival was very smooth. We were able to rent bikes last minute and really enjoyed the heated outdoor pool. The rooms were comfortable. The breakfast was really good.
friendly accommodating staff lovely resturant and pool
We like Ibis Hotels, although fairly ordinary and formulaic, there's rarely anything to complain about. We've found them to be the most consistently good of the large chains, and so it was with Ibis Arcachon, but what really surprised us was the high standard of the attached restaurant, which was exceptional by any standard. We really enjoyed eating there, and the quality matched many more expensive restaurants. The food was simple but well prepared from quality ingredients. Breakfasts were also good, and the helpful and friendly staff were a notable asset. A special hello to cuisiniere Marco Petel, who sadly we were unable to meet on this occasion.
Not the hotel's fault, but it's well tucked away in a distant corner of an unremarkable housing estate, very difficult to find without a good GPS, and it's within earshot of a very busy road.
Friendly staff, great breakfast, lots of parking, close to restaurants, nice and quiet, and next to a forest
Too far from arcachon to walk, you will need to drive or cycle
cosy, informal, pool, welcoming staff, efficientservice, amazingly comfortable beds
close to main road, bit cramped location, poolrather small
Friendly staff. We really liked Jeremy's attitude. He added to the joyful attitude. The floaties were a bonus. The hotel cat was a nice touch.
All Ibis are not like this. British Ibis’s could learn a lot. Especially the one in Reading. It's a Fab one.
Very clean and comfortable. Excellent friendly staff. The hotel cat!
Perhaps an extra towel or two.
The hotel was being rewired for new wifi provision while we were there, but apart from a little untidiness in the foyer, that didn't affect anything. The real manager of the place is a black four year old cat called Cachou who rules with an iron paw. Guests are free to stroke him as long as they don't interfere with meal times or naps. This is another Ibis with that welcome addition of air conditioning which is so helpful to a night's sleep in a heatwave. Breakfast plentiful and excellent.
Everything was very well organised. No complaints.
The staff were pleasant, the breakfast was great.
Though the rooms are said to be non-smoking, the odor smoke apparent.Non-smokers beware!
