We enjoyed our chalet with the little garden, which was tastefully decorated in a retro style with everything we needed, even a comfy dog bed and treats for our dog.

There was nothing we didn't like about.

Location was nice. And bed was comfortable

Staff quite negligent of guests. We were told we’d been given an upgrade to a superior room on arrival. However room was exactly same in size and photo as standard room except had a problem with smell of drains. When I complained they said o should have asked to change rooms at 11:00 at night when I came home pretty tired. Paid 270 € for one night. Quality and service really not in line with price. They said manager would call me but I’m still waiting!

The hotel was very well run. Very clean and was in a good location for me.

I dont think you should charge for the use of the bicycles. You should use a refundable deposit. The breakfast is too expensive

A fabulous hotel with lovely rooms. Parking was easy and the whole team of staff provided consistently excellent customer service. Food was of a high standard and the setting was ideal for a break by the sea.

What a joy it was to stay at this beachside institution! Fabulous staff who were helpful yet unobtrusive. Reda and Jade were particularly friendly. The hotel had a quirky and unique interior mixing retro pop and colourful crustaceans with an old school, art deco glamour. The food was exceptional and the rooms comfortable and well equipped. Totally charmed by this place with its careful attention to detail, relaxed vibe and high quality service. We visited in early May when there were few people and the streets and beach were quiet. Nothing we didn’t like, parking might be tight in the high season but we had no issues.

It was a pity that the restaurant was not open on the Tuesday night - it opens from Wednesday although the very helpful staff told us where we could (and did) get a good meal (as well as the best views of the sunset)

Didn’t eat the breakfast. Staff were uniformly friendly, polite and helpful. Close to the beach. Nice walk along the coast road.

Without a car the location was too isolating. No Uber and taxis were hard to get. Restaurant service was fine, but food was mediocre: tough steak, frozen French fries. My room was dark, and its small terrace was enclosed by shrubbery: privacy but no view. I was unhappy and decided to leave after the second night. My request for even a partial refund of the remaining prepaid 6 nights was refused.

The location is very nice, close to the beach and quiet. The room was spacious and with a very nice balcony.

The room service was very lazy. They came to make our beds at 4pm after we came back to the hotel at 3pm. We had to leave the room and wait outside. As the hotel was hardly booked and the staff just sat around when we came back, we could not understand it.The breakfast was OK.
