Pros +
- Excellent spacious rooms. Very good breakfast. Michelin star restaurant absolutely outstanding.
- I have stayed here before. The location is excellent. The rooms are in fine with nice balconies over the golf course. The breakfast is reasonable and value for money, but could be described as limited. The pool is handy but above ground although reasonable is size as long as few people are in it. Gym is very basic with a weight machine, eliptical, exercise bike and treadmill, but all are in very good condition and high quality. The bistro staff are superb and the meals good
- Unbelievable neighbourhood. Wineyards, golf, nice bistro and excellent food.
Cons -
- Not a lot really. I would say it is a "hotel" which does not have a "hotel feel" . More like an apartment on an estate.
- The reception was difficult to find.
- I think some of the communal areas are looking a bit tired and refurbished. The swimming pool at the relais needs to be cleaned from flies everyday .

We have been before , so new what to expect. The staff in the Bistro were fantastic and super efficient.

Relais building relais hotelLovely large extremely comfortable spotless room.Excellent AC, large luxurious bed.
Being a little picky now i thought the buffet style breakfast a bit boring. I also dislike having to select my coffee from a machine. It was a total DIY breakfast.
Location, facilities and cleanliness.
Comfortable room, very friendly staff, lively location, superb food
Nice and quiet rooms. Rooms were good
Housekeeping were stingy in giving whitener for coffee.Nobody spoke English or not even enough to translate
Breakfast was fantastic - the best bit of the hotel! Room was lovely and spacious - large enough for a family of 4.Pools and grounds were immaculate.
Sunday evening we didn't get any dinner! The hotel bistro was fully booked and the other restaurant was closed. Because of this, lots of people ordered room service for dinner, and by the time we called to order ours there was only one choice left for main course. At 20 Euros for a main course it has to be something you want to eat! The hotel should have warned us when we booked that it would be wise to book for dinner in advance, particularly on Sunday nights. The hotel welcomes children but doesn't do very well to cater for them. There is nothing for children to eat on the room service menu. Room service menu is also limited for adults. There is not even anywhere to buy ice creams on site. More snack availability would be very welcome.
Lovely location and room. Very spacious grounds and very relaxing
Very nice bistro, nice pool, friendly staff
Superb environment. Immaculately maintained outside and in. The staff were brilliant in every way. We stayed in the Relais. The room was one of the most comfortable we have found. The food was excellent throughout. We didn’t play golf but the courses looked interesting. Would go again any time. The perfect place to relax
The balcony chairs were not comfortable for sitting in.
Great
The waiter in the restaurant was rude, he snickered at me several times. I asked if an English menu was available because I do not read French. He said an emphatic "no". I then asked him to explain the menu and he could not. I further asked if I could speak with someone who spoke English, he said he speaks English. Obviously not, or he was just trying to give me a hard time. I never went back to that restaurant. Furthermore, I left the resort and went to a village for dinner just so I would not have to encounter this man again.
Great room, huge territory of the hotel, several swimming pools, free table tennis and snooker table were defintely great as there is not much to do unless you play golf. Very helpful staff.
Only one restaurant (bistro) was availble for lunch/dinner, and even though we had a reservation, we were placed in a waiting area by the door with lots of flies attacking our dinner. Not much choice of food either. Ridiculously over-priced breakfast.
location
we choose the hotel for its charging facilities unfortunately this has been poorly managedthe two boxes were blocked all the night by cars not using them
Excellent location, Fantastic scenery, Beautiful grounds,Staff couldn't do enough for us,Food amazing,Room in the relais was faultless,Cant wait to return! Highly recommend.Thank you ?
Absolutely nothing.
Large quiet bedroom and peaceful location
Relais rooms were great.
Strict and limited hours in the brasserie. We were given lunch menus and had them taken away ten minutes later when we were about to order because kitchen had just closed. Unprofessional for this type of establishment. Breakfast also quite limited and mediocre quality for the price.
Great place for passionate golfers but not necessarily families
Check-in: as a family we were places in a room for disabled people - toilets so high that the kids cannot climb on them. Even though we complained, there was no reaction at allLocation: very remote - 20 min drive to next restaurant or coffee shop
Perfect for nature lover and golf fanatic. The property has heaps of amenities - swimming pool, gymnasium, pingpong table, billiards, and a huge garden where you can get your dose of sunshine. We visited in a beautiful weather Summer time, well preserved estate.I like that it has 24hr desk service. We came in late night and there’s an English speaking person at the reception. Great communication with visiting guests and tourists.
Not easily accesible from the main highway. Be careful driving on narrow roads in the countryside, while enjoying the view of the vast vineyard.
