Breakfast ok, room quiet and all operational.

on first room provided the Wifi wasn’t operational so I requested to change room to be able to cet a proper ici connexion. a new room was provided with better Wifi signal.The suspicion of the staff when I informed them about the failure of Wifi at the level 2 of the building

hotel is next to four-lane expressway with heavy traffic even at night- there is no air conditioning in the room so you must keep the windows open or you will suffer terribly from the heat in the room - that’s why we “chose” to spend the night accompanied by traffic noise; we were there in summer (22 degrees Celsius) and our third-floor family room was very warm and humid;even if you close the windows, you hear the noise because windows are not sound-proof;the windows are hard to open and so low that you easily bump your head mind you: there is no elevator so taking all your luggage up to the third floor is a bit of a hasslebathroom has a slight smell of urine, there is no soap next to the sinkroom is much too small to accommodate four people - we were only three and had problems moving around each other and storing our luggage value for price was not ok at all

For the first time I got the room located on the 3rd floor. Room confortable but more noisy than rooms located on floors 1 and 2.

Not possible to pay on line with American express card.

The hotel is easy to find and can be seen from the motorway. We were not bothered by any traffic noise. There is no microwave in the room but there is one for general use. The hotel is close to a large shopping centre. The room and bathroom were both small. The reception staff were pleasant and spoke English. Parking spaces are at the back of the hotel but apparently the gate is open all the time.

There was no English language television. There was no main light in the room, just several small ones. However, what really shocked us was that at 8.15 am our room door suddenly burst open (a key card was needed for this) then it was closed again without a word. Not a knock on the door or an apology, nothing.

Clean. Friendly staff. Windows open to let in fresh air (A/C not on due to gov't regulations). Close access to major highway. Buffalo Grill right next door.

WiFi slow to non-existant except at the office/breakfast area. Highway noise (but not at night). TV only receives French channels. Price did not match what was posted on a big sign outside. No elevator and our room was 3 flights up.

Breakfast was good both for variety and quality. Service also good.

On arrival was allocated a room on the 2nd floor up two flights of stairs. Requested a room on the ground floor as my wife had mobility issues. Had difficulty in making myself understood as non of the duty staff spoke English. Ground floor room allocated had double bed rather than the twin room requested so reverted to original 2nd floor room. Also no shower gel in the dispenser. Took over 20 minutes and 3 visits to reception to rectify.

Nice size clean room, good quality bedding, plenty of hot water, good sized shower in a clean bathroom.

Not the fault of the hotel but our room overlooked the next door hotel (F1) which seemed to have some permanent guests living there with very noisy kids who were running around outside shouting late into the night. We had to have our window open as the room was stuffy (no AC or fan) so the noisy kids kept us awake. Room needed a fan or AC

DIFFICULT TO FIND AS THA GPS COjULD not catch the Brittany 4G with none of our smartphones

I was told that check out was at 12pm but I was locked out of my room at 11am.

Breakfast was fine. Staff mainly polite and friendly.

Room was too small. One of us had to climb over the other to get out of bed. No shelf in bathroom. Frustrating.

My méthod of transport is motorbike. I was able to Park in the private parking. in the parking only missing a roof to protect from rain.Hotel quiet, useful location ans several restaurants nearby .room clean, internet operational .

No rain protection for motorbike in the parking, no eggs available for breakfast.

Manager is friendly and do her best.

. Compare to other hotels i stayed that week , they are a bit parano with covid french strange rules.... Corridor smells cigarettes.. Rooms ok, but no insonorisation... i could hear the neighboor talking on the phone like if he was in my room..breakfast is a scam... 10 euros for almost nothing...
