- Everything was clean, staff was great, restaurant was good, bed was comfy
- After arrival only access to my room on a Sunday p.m. on March. Reception then closed and shared areas and restaurant .Room was cold and i struggled to work the heater for about 45 mins. No response to phone calls or Email then. .After 18.00 h finally got the heater going (maybe a loose wire ?).After that it was ok.Breakfast one of the best buffets ever !Would only stay again if common areas and Reception were open. This depends on the month and the day of the week.
- Chose this hotel for its location for the places we wanted to visit and wasn't disappointed. Friendly welcome. Although we booked a basic room the bed was comfy, added bonus a kettle & coffee/tea supplied.Excellent breakfast choices, certainly didn't go away hungry.

Staff, food especially the room. It was very comfortable and very clean. Convenient for where we wanted to travel to.
