- Aucune hygiène, chambre vêtus sale et insalubre, sanitaires horrible, urine, matières fécale et poil pubiens partout, ménage absent... Drap lit tâche, manquant, obligé de faire notre propre lit, oreiller sans taie... Mur tâcher, souillé etc
- It’s was dirty, nothing like photos, building falling apart, no lift for my disabled 70 year old mum, noise all night, breakfast was terrible for the price
- Door was broken so we had to block it up with luggage to be secure. tv was not working, window blinds were held down by a screw and in the toilet the water poured out of the sink plug on to the floor because the pipe was not connected. Only half the light worked so the room was dark.

I did not eat breakfast as the room was so bad I had to leave. I asked for a refund only to be told I have to write a email to the manager and explain to get a refund.
The hotel should be condemned. Its disgusting.There needs to be a renovation and update in decoration and cleanliness. Facilities are old but nut to bad in terms of cleanliness.Sadly I had to leave as the room smelled so bad. The whole hotel smells awful.

one staff person was very rude !!! she screamed at people without face masks and she wasn't wearing them herself Covid regulations .
