    Pros +

    • Good location near the motorway, comfortable bed and good value for money. Good and reasonably priced food at the hotel restaurant. Perfect for a one night stay while traveling through France.
    • Great location off motorway Always good value, clean room & bathroom
    • Good size clean room with comfortable bed. Bathroom clean but but looking tired, especially the tiling in the shower. Kettle and disposable cups provided. Staff friendly and spoke some English, were able to accommodate our request at time of booking for ground floor room as we had 2 small dogs. Nice grassy area outside if your room faces away from the car park. Good choices for breakfast although 9am finish a bit early if you are on holiday. Close to a supermarket and retail area and car park secure overnight.

    Cons -

    • Breakfast finished rather early for us, at 9am.
    • nothing comes to mind
    • Sadly the service in the restaurant fell very short ! I ordered a glass of wine and had to remind them twice so it took 20 minutes to arrive ! The menu lacked any choice for a non meat eater so I had to have just a plate of fries ! I was travelling with my small dog but we had to sit outside in the cold evening despite it being advertised as a pet friendly hotel !

you are charging me for two rooms in the same place on the same day.I want you to cancel the charge of 93.50 quickly or I will be forced to report you to the police for consumer fraud in Germany.

Spotlessly clean and comfortable beds and apartment. Draught Heineken with dinner, food surprisingly good.

Their eponymous buffets are no longer on offer, at this branch anyway :-( A rather ridiculous regime of having to reserve a dining table only on the day of arrival. The restaurant was only 25% occupied.

    Clean, comfortable beds, great TV

A great little motel style accommodation. The Staff wete very helpful, given our use of the French language isn't what it could be. The evening meal and breakfast were good value for money and tasty. Not too far off of the main motorway and close to a supermarket and fuel stop all on retail park close by.

Well, the fire alarm went off about an hour after we went to bed, you know the feeling.....just dozing off and WOW! What was that? No- one came to advise us on what was happening or all was OK. Training need for Staff???? Signage could be better as you approach the property please.

No hot water, poor dinner choice, no views.

    As above

Nice room with everything you need. Good breakfast. Nice bathroom. The location due to the fact that the hotel is very close to my point of interest

    6WalfenzaoPosted on: 1-17-2024

It was a great stay with pets. The room had everything we needed.

The shower had some old mold in the grout. Everything was clean, but it was unpleasant to look at.

Very welcoming, very clean, great value for the price paid, secured parking and very quiet at night. Everything one could need including restaurants and grocery stores are located nearby. Warm and comfy rooms with kettle, tea and coffee.

The cleanliness, easy access, all the facilities.

Nothing, all was great for me.

Variety of breakfast was great.Time in the morning for availability at 6:30 was great. Bed / matrass was great.Quite rooms.

High price for dinner especially over the weekend is high for the quality. The fact that nothing else is open over the weekend, does not mean the food quality is substandard.

    7JoaquinPosted on: 8-14-2023

    Simple, nice, clean.

The stuff had poor communication skills. Didn’t speak other than french.

Typical Campanile hotel, basic and located amongst an industrial estate. We have stayed in numerous Camponile hotels and this certainly wasn’t the best.

When we arrived there were no towels or a pillowcase for the one spare pillow. I also found the bathroom bin hasn’t been emptied from the previous occupier and contained used sanitary products. We raised these things with reception straight away, had to use Google translate as they spoke very little English despite information available to the contrary. Food and drinks were expensive and average quality. We also had to raise a query with the bill as we had been charged separately for one meal and a set 2 course price for another. Breakfast the following morning was pretty basic, limited selection and the ‘hot’ food was stone cold. I certainly wouldn’t include breakfast on any future Camponile bookings. On check out I waited quite some time while the receptionist was on the phone and when she finished proceeded to have a lengthy conversation with another member of staff before attending to me. The full amount of the stay & food had already been charged to our credit card and I had to request a printed copy of the bill which seemed to be a tiresome task. Staff in general seemed to be more interested in chatting to other staff/friends then attending to customers with the exception of one who I think was also the chef.

Breakfast was good. Room was adequate. Dinner was fair.

Location was awkward to get to. Menu was restricted. Lots of noise from gardening machinery up to 7pm.
