Did not take the breakfast option. The location was fine.

The organisation at this facility is one of pure chaos. Arrived late and had not received any access code for the keys. The contact number went to voicemail. There were other families with kids in the same situation. Two gentlemen arrived and gained access to the keys and gave everyone with proof of a reservation keys. At 3 a.m. there was a man in my room asking my identity, proof of reservation etc and told me that I was in the wrong room. I find it unacceptable that my sleep was disrupted in this way due to poor organisation. This is the last time that I will stay at a F1 hotel. Never again! One star service is even too much.

Good location just off the motorway and friendly staff

Very basic facilities

F1 is a price option, so that sets expectations. Convenient for motorway. Clean, late access arrangements simple and effective.

Room too cool initially, took a while.Self contained bathroom adequate but tired.

easy access off the road on the way to Lyon. From outside it can look rough. But inside is quite new and clean. Once the window is shut, the street noise goes away.

These are very tiny units with an even smaller bathroom. There is no aircon but a fan is provided and helps a little if you can stand the sound.

My first hotel F1 when I'm enjoying life ... For reliable price ... nice staff ( English spikers) ... Shower ? inside the room ... Very quiet place

Location en route skiing

Basic. One bed not made. The sheet had a mark on it. Shower was terrible. Instructions for access were incorrect and room smelt of smoke

You get what you pay for

Very hot weather, no fan or air conditioning. Bring your own fan if you like cold.

Very convenient

V convenient for the motor way. So good for an overnight stop. Bed hard. Room clàustrpphobic. Good car park

Cheap but not that cheap!

Location was pretty disgusting on a semi derelict industrial estate. Very noisy as was very hot and next to a dual carriageway. No fan was supplied and so the window had to be opened.

We won't be returning

Checked in then went straight out for food before going into rooms. When we returned around 10pm the room key cards didn't work. Reception was closed. Rang the hotel numerous times, no reply, just an ans phone msg. We were about to leave - very weary after travelling- when we spotted an 'on call' number on the door- though it appeared to be an emergency number, alongside the number for the fire service. We rang anyway, the reception lady answered. I explained the situation, she asked for my name. She said 'no'. when I gave it to her. She took some time before she would accept who we were. She eventually took our key cards through a very small opening in the reception blind - we felt like a security risk! She returned them and we went to our rooms. Very basic and cramped but we just wanted to sleep. Not a pleasant experience, felt like a down and out area.

Remote control did not work also after receiving new one Wi-Fi did not work on laptop, landing page of opening

Shower was filthy and water heating was spasmodic
