Comfort Aparthotel Aix Le Tholonet

Friendliest staff , good value for money and great clean beds and able to park our car there

Bit small and could hear next door room

The distance from the city center and the position are the only advantage.

We didn't like the accommodation. It is very uncomfortable. The object is in poor condition and needs renovation. It does not look nearly as in the pictures. There was no door from a deep freezing section in the fridge, because of that he was dysfunctional. We didn't like the cleanliness of the object. I wouldn't recommend it.

Poor

Wifi not working, we found wierd stuffs in the sink on the 2nd day (dirt from cleaning? Looked like small insects...), terrible smell in the room

Quiet, beds comfortable, free parking

Need to exit car each time you wanted to enter/leave property to key in code to open gate.NO hair dryerNO dish soap in kitchen

Room had all facilities but decor tired and in need of updating. Towels old and very thin. Shower itself powerful but dark as no lighting over shower once curtain closed.

The aircon was great - kept the rooms down to a very comfortable temperature during the heatwave. The rooms are spacious with a table and chairs. The fridge was excellent - to the point that we had ice cold drinks throughout our stay and they chilled our vacuum flask bottles down so much they stayed cold pretty much all day when out and about in the heat.Lots of excellent local places to eat mere minutes away - Monsieur Louis is an exceptional find with sublime food.

The safe parking & the late check in.

Bad maintained rooms. Not like the photos

The room was clean and comfortable an ideal for a stop on our journey home. It was a short walk to a very good restaurant. Secure apartment and parking. Breakfast selection was ok.

Directions to the property. The address given was a new one which wasn't recorded on gps! Fortunately we were in the area before the reception closed, so they were able to tell us the correct address. However, when we arrived, reception was closed. We received a message stating the keys were in the safe, but no code was given. No reply from the after hours number, which was the same as the number we had called ten minutes earlier. Fortunately, my wife tried the handle of the safe and it opened!

it was convenient and not a bad price.

pillows were not great and bed was alright. kitchen utensils were not enough, too few cutlery and crockery.the room is very small and the property offers no other space to be apart from the parking lot. I missed having some sort of communal area given that the rooms are small.

It was a perfect hotel for a 1 night stay. We were passing by Aix Provence in our roadtrip and was very good value for money. Comfortable, good size bedroom and had everything needed. 10 minute by car from the center of Aix and had parking included!

One of our rooms had a really uncomfortable smell like swollen. We had to perfume the whole bedroom and open windows and it went away.

Easy to self cater.

It was quite hot in the room and no aircon available until the summer.

The personal was always very kind and willing to support. The location is great, as it is close to a mall with everything you need to prepare your meals. It is plenty of parking, and easy to go around to different locations around.

Location and free parking. Also convenience stores at walking distance. Our room was opposite the nearby highway and thus quieter. Our room was located on the main floor. I'm not sure there are elevators to the other floors.

Room too small. No stands for luggage. Dining table and chairs blocking access to closet. The bathroom has no racks for towels.Room and linen have not been cleaned or changed for 3 nights. We were told this would happen on a note provided at check-in. When checking Bookings, the website, it was mentioned. However, although towels change are optional in all hotels, linen service and daily room cleaning should be a basic service for a standard hotel.Bookings should make this obvious on their site when otherwise.

The place has everything you need to travel. It is clean and comfortable. Very good price value

There was not enough soap in the room.

The hotel is in a good position if you're travelling by car and need to stop for the night. Also, late check-in is not a problem if you let them know: they're well organized. The rooms are spacious and equipped with all the basic needs. The beds are comfortable.

Pleasant

Some young people were talking ang playing music under your window at niight and nobody cared about it.

Close proximity to Aix. Easy parking. Clean and convenient!

The room that is equipped for disabled people was not designed very well. There was a raised part on the shower so it was not easy for someone in a wheelchair to use by themselves. There were also items of furniture in the way of the bathroom.
