Hotel was clean and well maintained. Ideally suited for the event we were attending and easily accessible.

The mattresses were awful, so uncomfortable it was difficult to get a good sleep. The drains were rather smelly as well but not enough to effect room ambiance.

The staff was helpful with how to get to the Christmas market.

We were charged extra breakfasts for the kids though we ordered breakfast included.There was a fire alarm, and no staff were found.

Staff were friendly and it was convenient for the route we were travelling

Shower was dirty there wasn’t enough shower gel and the heating was non existent. We we’re offered a heater but didn’t take it as we thought it may heat up but it didn’t really get any warmer and it was centrally controlled at 24 degrees, the previous hotel was the same and the room temperature was toasty, especially what you need when it was cold and snowing outside. The breakfast was also good.

Typical Ibis hotel, nothing really surprising about it. It was perfectly fine for a one-night stayover when traveling through the country, but I'd likely choose something more comfortable for multiple nights. I loved the massive and secure private parking on the premises.

Close to highway

Gate was closed when we arrived late in the middle of the night. No bell at the gate. Phone to the hotel didn’t work either. We had to shout to get the gate opened…

The staff was amazing and absolutely lovely! Polite, kind and always available.

There was a leak from the bathroom sink that got the whole room (and our suitcases) wet.

Very poor

room code, didn't work. Then the room had an unlocked adjoining door to another room that was occupied by strangers. All this was late at night so luckily my friend was in a twin room so I could just go to sleep there. But really poor when you just want to be able to go to sleep lots of faff.

Nothing!Towels were clean and adequate, bed sheets clean but not adequate.

The male receptionist was off hand, not helpful.We were given a disabled room on the ground floor, I went and asked for another room, he was offhand again, said he had a twin or one on the third floor, but by then my husband had put our luggage in the room and we were tired and it was late.Stupidly we accepted this room.The “ shower room” was not fit for purpose. There was not curtain, and the door did not close properly, it was stuck. We did not shower as the floor was dirty and the water would have gone everywhere. The seat for disabled use, was disgusting, yellow and dirty, pity anyone who needed it!The bed was uncomfortable and did not want to look at the mattress. I felt we were given this room because the receptionist must have had a bad day! Considering on the way home we stayed at Ibis Budget Langres a few euros more, it was on another level in every way, There was nowhere to eat, nearby, so we walked thro the closed shopping area, dark and busy road and finished up in McDonald’s even tho the reception guy said there was a restaurant over the road, we must have missed that!

Liked the arrangement of double bed plus single bunk to accommodate parents and a younger child. Kids liked the Nutella dispenser. Cheap place to stay.

Located in an industrial park, next to gypsy encampment. Our bathroom smelt of drains.

Bed was good and comfortable

We were 3 persons, but towels and toilet paper just for 1. No toilet brush and bathroom needs renovation. Poor breakfast.

The employees were nice.

The curtain was kinda flimsy and broken so the sunlight was in the room very early.The shower is directly in the room.

The room is clean. The bed is comfortable. The breakfast is good.

The distance between the hotel and the city. The restaurants are expensive.

Convenient location

Air conditioning wasn’t working, which was one of the reasons we had picked this property to be nice and cool after travelling all day, so big let down there ?

Our stay was good. Hotel was clean and nice for an overnight stay. We have stayed in brussels ibis budget also and the only thing we missed in this hotel is eggs in the breakfast.

Convenient location through my European travel. Close to a Tesla supercharger which was handy.

The aesthetics of the room was definitely of a ‘budget’ standard.

It directly on the highway and just what to expect from Ibis budget. Staff very helpful, an nice restaurant a few hundred meters away that fits the need whilst travelling

Breakfast was ok but because there was a large group just before us, not everything was available. She did put new stuff but a bit too late.

A male staff member was very rude & not helpful at all. & had about 8 people sat right outside our room smoking & talking very loud at 1.30am
