Located close to the route du soleil, nearby bakery for breakfast

At our arrival the staff was unable to properly communicate in English. Both our rooms at the second floor were smelling like sewers. When notified the staff the told us they knew this could happen, but didn’t offer any solution or refund or even an apology. We ended up covering all drains (shower and sink) with wet towels to stop the toxic sewer fumes coming into our room. The airco doesn’t work either. Opening a window is hardly doable due to all the noise outside. Furthermore the apartments are very thin walled, meaning you can hear the other rooms clearly…

Overall, the accommodations are very cheap. Everything is poorly made, and you feel it. With the exception of one young man, who was kind, the staff was not helpful nor friendly. It was obvious they were inexperienced in customer service. Twice we asked for the shower to be cleaned and the soap dispenser to be filled. There was pink mold all around the base. Nothing was ever done about it. It is an example of getting what you pay for. However, it should not matter with customer service. It is not difficult to be kind and have a smile for customers.

when entering the room it was smelly. could have been a dog that stayed in room before. opening the large window solved a lot. I am sure that staff would have offered me other room, so not a big deal

Great location 5 minutes to bars & restaurant. Room was excellent. Beds very comfy and shower brilliant. Staff very pleasant Good breakfast.

Location is close to freeway

We paid for breakfast, but this due to communication error, we didnt have or wanted breakfast. Because manager wasnt there the money could not be returned. The manager would take care of it, but i never heard anything and didnt get my money back

No normal toilet door. 3rd floor no elevator. I walk with a cane and should have checked that. So, my bad. Too hot in the room.

Clean, comfortable, location, would recommend if you are in the area

The room was really well designed. The shower and toilet were separate, useful if there are two of you using the facilities. Comfortable and clean hotel and the receptionist was very helpful.Lots of places to eat within easy walking distance.

Airco was cooling just 1 degrees Celsius in 8 hours. It was really hot in the room like around 23/24 degrees. So maybe it’s their policy or something but to hot for me.
