Tiny bathroom, very uncomfortable pillows and a blanket with bed sheet under instead of real duvet

I liked the price and as a smoker I liked the fact that I could just get out of the room and smoke. I liked the fact that there was a microwave oven and some vending machines with hot drinks and snacks.

I didn't like that there was no soap and even if the room is cheap the soap is even cheaper. I didn't like the fact that there was much info to read to realize that we can buy the toiletries for example. I didn't like that the receptionist didn't speak English and even with French she didn't ask anything about the need for toiletries. She also didn't understand when I asked about when I should pay for breakfast. As a receptionist in a hotel, motel, hostel, B&B etc should speak at least some English. I also didn't like that for 3 adults the size of the room can be a challenge.

Location and parking are nice, close to Lidle and a mall, good restaurants in the area

Bed not clean, restaurants in the area closes around 22:30-23:00

The air conditioning was wonderful. Close to food store and restaurants

We had trouble with the toilet.

Very small rooms.

The bed was very comfortable and large. It had a third bunk bed available at the top. There is a nice big cupboard for storage. The water pressure and heat in the bathroom was good. The croissants at breakfast was amazing.

The bathroom is a triangular very very tiny "wet" room with plastic walls. It has a shower curtain that touches your body as the showering area is very small which is not very hygienic. It also has a step up to the bathroom.

We booked 2 rooms, machine gave us one key and then it took a long time to get the second key from an unfriendly man on the site. Kids were miserable and tired ..

Nice location with restaurants and shopping available within walking distance. Staff were very friendly.

The walls/floors are a bit thin, so we could hear the person above us watching t.v. / get up and go to the bathroom. The folding door to the shower wasn't sliding properly, but those types of doors are always a problem even in. residential homes.

Definitely not worth the money

It smelled of cigarettes and urine. Under the beds it looked as if no one had vacuumed in a long time.

Easy access to the room directly from outside, you can park your car a few steps from the entrance of your room. Very comfortable bed, nice crisp clean sheets, fluffy towels. Just what I needed for a good night's sleep on the way home on a long journey.

Acoustic isolation is not great, best to sleep with earplugs if you're sensitive to noise. (hotel was fully booked when I stayed there).

Close to many places to eat, helpful, friendly staff. Good breakfast and room / breakfast was at a great price.

Paying for an extra room because of problems with the keycard automat was really unsatisfying.

Delayed by accidents on German highways we were running late, after 21 hours, and called the hotel. I spoke to a woman, who only spoke french. She told os to use the 'booking machine' and type the booking number and the name. We did so, but was only able to get keycards to 2 rooms. About the 3rd room the maschine 'answered' many times that the booking was not available.It was late, we were very tired and finally we could only find the solution to buy a room at the maschine (at overprice), so the last person could get some sleep. Next day I talked to the staff, but they referred to the management. I wrote to the management asking for a refund of the room we couldn't use since we didnt get a keycard. But the management refused completely any refunding claiming that we should have called the emergency phone. But we have allready done that beforehand, so I'm very disapointed and will never use Premiére Classé again - despite using them many times for some 28 years.Finn Nedergaard

In terms of cleanliness is good.

The reception is unfriendly and not accommodating.I have problem with checking In.I doubled my payment because the reception is only until 9pm and emergency call number is not available.

The hotel stay was OK.

Due to a mistake, I ended up paying for breakfast twice. The hotel knows this. I asked them to please refund the extra payment. They simply refused, and said it was my fault for making a mistake! Appalling customer service.

What can you say about a premier class inn.... you pay a fee to gain entry into a prefab standardised box with a toilet shower & sink. double bet with a bunk above......
