Seminaris Sunday Hotel Lüneburg

Location

We had three guests in our room. The room with the two twin beds was very small and was unable to spread the two beds apart for comfort. It was more like one full size bed. If the two people sleeping in that room it would be fine, but in our case, no.

The hotel has good parking facilities. A 12-minute walk to the beautiful old medieval city. Various hotels are within the old city, but twice or triple in price, so Seminaris has a good deal. Health facilities in buildings opposite the hotel. Good rooms, quiet, good facilities. Excellent, luxurious breakfast. Friendly staff.

Breakfast was good (typical German) - could have a few more fresh fruits and other options. Close to town centre. Night time security very helpful

Hotel policy of not cleaning the rooms (8 night stay) doesn't work. Savings are only for the hotel. When asked to clean the room they failed to do so. Not very customer friendly :(Prices were a bit high due to (probably) high season.Elevator is very slow; cannot cope with lots of people.

Breakfast was ok. Room was very big gave us enough space so we were not on top of eachother all the time. The direct access to the pool from the hotel was so convienient.

Room needed a little TLC. Some of the furniture in one of the more expensive rooms have seen better days.

There is no kettle in the room. An attempt to charge nearly 2 euros for a single teabag. Poor lighting in the room, the room is dark

Renovated living room, look of lobby and restaurant

Renovated, but old bathrooms with not working, dirty dryer. Service cleaned the room, took towels and did not bring new for one member of our family. Also, third cup and drinking glass was missing. If the room is booked for 3 adults, make sure you have supplies for 3. Did not fill up tissues, did not throw away bottles.

The room is pretty(colorful and great style) and clean. Staff here are all friendly and helpful.

poor wifi. the room locates at the edge of the hotel building and it's barely covered by the wifi signal.

Friendly smiling staff in all the departments. Reception was sensitive to our needs and accordingly helped. Good nominal covered parking arrangements. Perfect location for touristic experiences

There was nothing to dislike

The location near a Park and a short walk into the city is great. They have a locker for biles and a Parking Garage.

The breakfast area is crowded and noisy. The food selection is large, but with limited options for vegan.The elevators are annoyingly slow and queues are often,. So we walked most of the time to 6th levrl.

Wide room, super clean, comfortable bed, lovely staffs. Special thanks to the room service stuffs to keep everything so clean. Break fast was delicious and wider place to move around the buffet ! Location was optimal! We love everything about the hotel. Thank you so much.

very expensive for what it has to offer (189 Euros for one night), no fridge or air conditioning in the room. We at the end of September and the room was a bit chilly at night time. Also, we asked for a quiet room as we are both light sleepers but we're given a room facing the corridor/ lifts

Better than expected. Room, bathroom and balcony are big and the furniture and design is updated from the original before 90s style. Excellent breakfast. 15 min walking to the old town and literally at the entrance of a very nice park. Very good service.

I liked the friendliness of the staff, the location next to the park ( dog traveler) and the proximity to the beautiful center. The appartment was very spacious. We liked the swing and the style in general. Shower was great.

A few details would upgrade the room immensely, since it is also not a cheap hotel.Put some paintings/ prints more on the wall, some wardrobe hooks in the entry way, a shelve in the bathroom below the washbasin, so that you dont have to leave your stuff on the floor and its getting wet, when you are showering. A little table on the balcony would be also nice. And functioning wifi in the Apartment. I had to work during my stay, but that was impossible in the room, because the wifi was terribly poor. The staff enabled me access to a workspace where I could work, which was great. But wifi should be improved being in the 21st century. Breakfast was good, however a daily changing variety would be nice. Also a Gym would have been great. Then it would be all perfect.

Near the centre of Luneburg within 15 minutes walking and breakfast was very good buffet.

Lift services was hit or miss.

Very noisy. Sounds from the cars passing by in the street nearby. We had to have the window open for fresh air and cooling.
