Cleanliness and the well mannered staff. Very aesthetically pleasing resort

Plumbing issues in the room causing a sewage odour, had to request wash cloths and hand towels, still under construction: casino and archery not available, early closing time for restaurants, there could be more restaurant options

The breakfast was good with a wide variety

Wait at the restaurant and the toilet should have had an active ventilation or exhaust vent

Relaxing environment with good quality food and nice comfortable bed that makes you want to stay.

The availability of certain information on the app was lacking. Because of that 2 restaurants I wanted to visit were closed on 2 days, if I'd known I would have gone there the first day.

The staff was excellent, the environment clean and fresh, rooms were properly maintained throughout.

The food gets cold to easily on the buffet line, breakfast was relatively too cold in the morning, even on morning when I catch breakfast early

I liked the room they were very clean..the staff super pleasant. Get The swim out!!! Only thing is that all restaurants open and close at the same time, so you have to be smart when you decide where you will go for dinner. Also, you can not take food outside the buffet or the restaurant.. but the food truck is fair game. And Saturday are seafood day at the buffet and the serve lobster.

Just the fact that you have to pay for room service if your room is not platinum out side that everything is goods

Clean and spacious environment. Was not crowded. Decent food variety to choose from. The jerk chicken from the food truck was much better from the buffet line.

The beach is far from the best. It was really shallow with rocks in some areas. One of the buffets (mangrove) was basically on the adults only side but open to the grand side. Every time we were heading there the security attempted to stop us, thinking we were heading further into the adult section. It would have been better if their post was beyond that buffet section since guests on the grand side are allowed to dine there.

The facility was amazing and the staff made it that much better. Shout out to the Allstar team of pierre and Chris from butler services. Total top class service.

The breakfast buffet was great and the water park great. The property was beautiful and I got beautiful pics. My check in process was very easy and simple at the VIP Lounge. I felt very welcomed. My butler Chris was the highlight for me. He did an exceptional Job and was very friendly. My favorite part of my trip was meeting my butler "Chris" because he made everything perfect.

I didn't get the opportunity to access the Sauna and the pool at the Spa . I thought the spa staff could have done a better job with my overall experience. The body scrub was good but my experience at another hotel was better. I give the spa 6/10. I didn't male staff member at the Ice Cream shop he was rude.

I like how different the rooms, dining area are from other hotels. It has a unique style that stand out. The property nice and beautiful, the entertainment was good and most of all the food was superb. The front desk staff are warm and welcoming they let you feel at home. Big up to Sishel, she seems new but her smile and warm personality makes you feel welcome and at home. Also like to Big up one of the waiters by the name Jevaun his customer service is top tier. Hes very pleasant, welcoming and always checking to see if everything is okay at our table. Princess Grand owes me nothing. This hotel is 1000 percent recommended approved. ?

I didnt like a particular staff that served at the restaurant on Saturday morning around 9 30am, he was not friendly and has a little attitude. Imagine i wasnt finished with my plate and the waiter has audacity to take it up. There was somthing off about him as he had a negative energy towards the table.His name is Christopher. I have to mention his name so that management can see and have him trained some more in Customer Service.Also, I know that the hotel is brand new Jamaica so therefore some of the staffs are new.When i was shown to my room. The bell man did not have audacity to tell me where i can find certain places such as the restaurants, pool area etc. Maybe its not the norm but somthing i am used to at other resorts. I had to be waking up and down trying to figure irb

Amenities, kids pool.

a) Beach needs a lot of work. Remove daily rocks from beach, use sandbags to store rocks, place at least 20-30 feet out in water. this will help to trap sand coming in, which helps to build beach.b) every employee need to adopt how to own the hotel's cleanliness: pick up straw paper, napkins, cigarette butt, cups and glasses sitting for hours.c) All employes must have the same knowledge and information when communicating with guest. d) Attention to details: small details missed lets the hotel looks old, fix all the simple things.e) Employees: some put out all the effort (please recognize those that do) the right personality wins over simple mistakes.d) kiddies water park: a lawsuit waiting to happen (need, strictly no running sign, find a way to correct the slipperiness of the pool deck. Hope the life guards are being paid for the job they do. That's a lot of responsibilities protecting the hotel being sued.Note: I know Jamaican guest gives problems, demands a lot. Find a way to be professional, yet tactful.

The property was amazing! They have everything to entertain all ages. Game rooms, basketball courts, bars, kid rooms, Adult clubs etc. I would only stay here for my visit.

The distance from MBJ during high peak traffic hours can take you almost 2-3 hours to get to the property.

Had a wonderful stay with my family for my birthday. Our housekeeper Sherine was so helpful and kind

Staff was not friendly. Only one bartender and the bell man had us feeling welcome but otherwise everything else was great my daughter enjoyed her birthday celebration ?

Beautiful, clean property. Love the water park and Kids club! Get a swim out pool if you can and request water inflatables!

The staff were not friendly nor interested in serving customers - including the restaurant and bar staff. One was smoking weed behind the bar. I’m okay with weed in general, I just don’t want my kids exposed to it or to have to smell it on a “luxury” hotel. If I go to a luxury hotel, I expect staff to show up ready to entertain guests. If entertaining guests isn’t your thing, find another career. Many families save up a long time working equally tough jobs just so they can have this luxury (often once in a lifetime) experience. That sacrifice should be respected.
