The location, the food and the drinks were great

Hotel rooms had a couple of infrastructure issues I.e toilet not working properly but it got fixed quickly

Place is beautiful, rooms are nice, everything is modern and food quality is good but hotel service does not give luxury at all

customer service, does not give luxury, did not live up to expectations at all. if you are paying premium price you should get premium service and it definitely did not give that. housekeeping left dirty glasses after cleaning the room

Multiple restaurant/food options, amenities, multiple pools, daily activities. The entire staff was amazing!

The establishment was truly splendid, and the team displayed exceptional professionalism.

I found the dress code policy for the food court to be quite stringent. It appears that only platinum guests are able to access top-shelf liquor. I am puzzled as to why purchasing lobster is necessary at an all-inclusive establishment.

I gave it a 8, because overall the place was great. The facilities, staff and accommodations. I am looking forward to my next trip there.

The fact that the activities on the schedule for a particular day were rescheduled, for example, i booked on a day for a foam party and was told it's a saturday. And there were frequent power outages.

The pool the night club and the bar and the water slide the food was great my experience was great

There was nothing to not like everything was on point the staff was a 10 out a 10 I would recommend this hotel

The drinks the juice was not good I don’t drink soda so .room service I had to call so many times and had the nerve to charge me for it.

Would’ve been nice if we could’ve signed into streaming services such as Netflix or HBO max since live TV was rubbishNo travel sized toothpaste in the room

Almost everything was great.

The urinals needs to change or regularly clean, they gave off a stench after awhile even the ladies rest rooms at the swim up bar & male near to the water park.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was beautiful.

Food was ok, need soom more variety though. The hotel overall needs more cool shade on the beach like palm trees etc. Not enough shade

The property was absolutely stunning—beautiful, spotless, and impeccably maintained with exceptional decor throughout. Our room, especially the swim-out feature, was a dream! My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay and are already looking forward to returning. The staff were consistently attentive, warm, and welcoming. We especially appreciated the friendly service at the Marketplace Buffet, where the food was always fresh and delicious. A special shoutout to Yolandy at the coffee shop—she was so sweet and always remembered our order each morning. Her hospitality made our mornings extra special!

I’d recommend curating a more universally appealing playlist for the pool area—perhaps sticking to reggae or light house music, which tends to create a more relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. During my visit, the playlist was mostly rap, and from what I observed, many guests didn’t seem to connect with it, likely due to unfamiliarity with the songs. While I personally didn’t mind, I believe a more general selection could enhance the experience for a wider audience. Additionally, at one point, a visibly intoxicated guest was allowed to take over as DJ and emcee on the mic. This disrupted the vibe and made the experience feel a bit chaotic, reminiscent of a party environment at resorts known for being less refined (like RUI).

The hotel needs a map to the various areas and more sign has to how to get to areas like the gym, pool, restaurants, entertainment areas, more activities during the day

Will not recommend to anyone! Overcharge for your stay! Hotel is new but everything is dirty! Hotel was built in rush and there quality for this money ia not worth it! Food is disaster! Portions like you at the michelin restaurant! Buffet?! Omg totally different story! Nothing to eat! Stuff? Racism everywhere and everything fake! Management?! I asked 3 days in row to talk with management’! Nothing 10 days stay and no one response! Drinks?! Cmon for this money they have cheapest drinks ! So for sure this place not forth close to this amount! For half of this price you will be treated in mexico or dominicana as a king!

Hot beverages where Luke warm, so was the hot food. Selection of fruit was the only plus.

Our dinning experience was awful! The food was cold, very salty, lukewarm (worse experience was in fusion) service poor....the only plus for dining was the salads, cold cuts ,fruits & pastry Our best meal was in the Japanese restaurant ? There should be a bar that opens after 11pm in the adult side..and the mini bar was poorly stock. NO BOTTLE ALCOHOL .For the price we expected that.
