Location, staff, comfortable bed.

The Internet did not work at all from the 2nd floor.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable. Also you could hear the church's bells nearby ring every 15 minutes even during the night.

Comfortable rooms and welcoming staff. The location was perfect – it’s just right in the middle of the downtown.

Very conveninetly located within walking distance from the Central station. The hotel was right in the middle of Stralsund and it took no time to get to the sights and shops. The staff was very friendly and spoke excellent English. Parking was no issue at all - the city square parking (parking charge only during weekdays 9-16!) just in the front of the hotel had always a space for our car.

Not much really. Lacked a water boiler and a fridge, though.

People in reception not service minded at all. No smile, no welcome upon arrival, no smile or thank you when checking out. We came bit early and room was not available, which I understand. Staff promised room would be ready by 15.00, which it wasn’t. Then they said 15.30, but still not ready. We were told to wait another 20 minutes. Waited in reception area, and after 25 more minutes I asked reception again, and now it was ready without lady in reception telling us. No sorry, no service And location next to church and church bells rang every 15 minutes for 24 hours and not easy to sleep.

Excellent room and delicious breakfast. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Parking is off-site, about a 5-minute walk. Not a big deal for us, but an elderly couple or people with disabilities may have some challenges.

Fantastic location, just in the middle of the historic city centre. Everything was great – had to spend quite a bit of time working on the hotel room, and had a chance to test the internet. It was good!

The breakfast wasn't that exciting, although there was a lot to choose from. Perhaps a bit more healthy food (youghurt, fruits) would be good.

Good choice & quality at BreakfastLocation convenient for the Hautbahnhof and exploring the old town centre.

Good location: 10 minutes walk to railway station, shops, tourist office and port. Room and bed were comfortable and everything worked as expected. Check in/out was fast with no problems.

Restaurants on the street outside next to hotel were a bit noisy, but we're quiet again after closing.
