Good breakfasts, excellent location near station. Friendly staff

Disappointed that the restaurant has closed for evening meals.

Nice staff. Clean, quiet, good breakfast, spacious room.

Decor is dated.Every hotel we stayed in allowed bikes into the rooms. The lift was big and so was the room. Which would have accommodated bikes There was a bike store but it was congested. And not great for 6000 euros worth of bike.

The facility was very clean and well maintained. The rooms were modern and well kept.

There are no bakeries close by that we could find. We always had to walk into the Altestadt.

Perfect lokalization, 5 minutes from main railway station. Accessible elevator, spacious room with fridge, chairs, flat TV, coffee maker and TV, nice and clean bathroom, fast flowing hot water.

Wide but very hard beds, a little bit cold in the room in January. Little light for reading in the room.

The staff attitude was variable, of the 5 that I encountered three were exceptionally pleasant. The others were rude and unhelpful, which was disappointing and would have meant a 10 score

A delicious breakfast: pancakes, egg dishes, vegetables. very decent for a 3 star hotel. Very helpful and friendly staff: we were further travelling to Rostok and wanted to store our luggage there at the main train station, but there were no lockers. However, as the guests of Inter City Stralsund (even though we checked out at that time) we were allowed to store our luggage at Inter City hotel in Rostock (also near the main train station). The location is very convenient for travelling and not far from the city centre.

There were no options to buy food after 9pm near ther hotel.

It was a bit smelly by the air conditioning. Old smoke.

The room was clean and elegant, we stayed in hostels before so the hotel environment was an upgrade. The staff was very nice, despite the little personal contact. The room was very quiet and had an intimate feeling. It is located right next to the train station, but you do not hear a thing from the trains.

The pillows are quite uncomfortable, and the social area is small.

Hotel is ok. Compared to other hotel’s prices I would say good value for money. Stuff friendly and helpful.

Location excellent, you could walk to the city centre. public parking in the same building as the hotel. Breakfast was very good. Very nice and helpful staff

The hotel meets good standards, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and the location is fine with a bus stop in front of the hotel and the main railway station next door.

For foreign visitors, the selection of TV channels isn't great (a large number of German channels but practically nothing in other languages).

Great location near to the main railway station. Staff were really friendly and helpful, not just with check in but also recommendations for restaurants nearby. The view from my room was excellent, really cannot recommend enough. Will be back!

The hotel is quite awesome. Great location, just a couple of meters from the train station, and 3 or 4 steps from the bus station. You can walk to get to the parks, the lake, and the Old Town. The staff is really really polite and helpful. Definitely, I will book again when I come back to Stralsund.

Bathroom is small. Wifi connection speed is tied to sing up into their Rewards program.

Good location next to the Hauptbahnhof. Breakfast was ok for €17. nice that there was a fridge in the room. Sufficient plug sockets by the bed and by the desk.

In need of refurbishment in the rooms and the public areas. Bed mattress was ok, but pillows were at the end of their life. No air conditioning. No offer of a fan.The light for the desk was right at one end and could not be moved, which made it too dark to work.
