Great location for a stopover as near the A26. Great reception staff, clean and comfortable. Recommend.

Super easy to find with free and ample parking. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Towels for everyone, great price, friendly and helpful staff (spoke English too which was a bonus). Great value for money. Easy walk into the main square where you are spoiled for choice with regards to restaurants and bars. Just fabulous.

Room and bathroom were "compact". Good shower. Everything worked and it was clean. Breakfast was good and the room it was served in was good. It could get busy. Good parking.

The fire alarm activated at 2am and we were all evacuated. We stood in the car park for 10 minutes and then with the alarm still ringing we were told to go back inside. No apology or explanation from the staff.

The place was clean and the breakfast was excellent value for money.

Whilst located walking distance from the centre of town (which was beautiful), our room was at the back of the property which is a stone's throw from a busy road. As a light sleeper, I was constantly disturbed by large HVGs and other large industrial vehicles rattling by. If a light sleeper, I'd suggest requesting a room to the front.Also, we couldn't access the WiFi following the instructions provided.

There was ample parking, our room was clean and comfortable and there was a dog park nearby. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a pleasant short stroll into the centre of town.

Location is outside the centre and not much there. Basic accommodation but as expected for the price.

Room was tired. Arrived at 6pm and room was still being cleaned ( no apology or explanation). Strong smell of cigarette smoke in room. Not great.

Lack of open restaurants

Exceptionally clean and good fixtures and fittings. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast adequate. In a quiet industrial area within 10mins walk to historic centre.

Shower with a swing-in door that made access tight. Not big issue.

It was properly equipped for an overnight stay, close enough to the city Centre of Atrecht (Arras) with two squares with gabled houses and it was inexpensive. Excellent first stop on holiday.

No water coocker to make instant coffee

Very slight upgrade to an IBIS budget! Cheap & cheerful, you know exactly what to expect!

There wasn’t much room at breakfast but I feel this was just because there was a big group in that day

Simple and budget-friendly hotel, suitable for a short stay. The room could benefit from a deeper clean, but overall it worked for one night. Close to the main plazas.

Great stay again (my 3rd) - Rooms are a little cosy, but clean and perfectly comfy beds for a good night's sleep.Friendly and helpful staff.

Breakfast was a bit poor with rubbery scrambled eggs alone, as the only hot option - however a good selection of cold options, bread and cereals were on offer too. There was a better choice during my previous stays.
